I remember some taekokers claimed dispatch are supporting taekook, they're protecting them etc. Well dispatch is business entity. They are not non profit lgbtq crusader or smtg. Hybe and Dispatch have exclusive contract after that "article" released. So I hope taekooker will see them more objectively. Having said that, they're actually become effective tools nowadays and pretty helpful both for Hybe and Taekook. They're helping debunking wild rumors and speculations about tae or kook without involving Hybe, they still exposing and outing other couples from other agencies, they giving us taekook pics and videos, all without dangering them but still satisfactory for us. Idk what the members actually think abt Dispatch tho, but so far they (taekook) act naturally and comfortably with them, if not more freely (but maybe that bcs they don't cut taekook contents as much as Hybe's), so I have no complain so far.
