I’ve never really tried anything else , but recently I’ve done macros. Idk if I’m eating too much protein , but I haven’t lost i gained 2 lbs. idk what I did wrong. I love your content so much ! I’m 40 I’ve struggled the last 13 years woth my weight up n down! Your videos have started my motivation with working out again too. Thank you.
My best advice is to give it time! For me on WE I ate way to little calories and now I eat a a lot more than that but it definitely takes your body time to adjust. Make sure you calculate your deficit on a TDEE calculator and not over estimate your activity we tend to do that 💕
I just came back from vacation over the weekend & literally had to do a juice cleanse cause i felt disgusting from all the vacation for! love the video!
I definitely consumed WAY too much fudge lol but I have learned overtime I don’t have to over indulge in everything and that mindset shift really helped me through this vacation!
