Hello dear, Application Guide for Chinese Government Scholarship mentioned that
8. Recommendation letters: An applicant for a postgraduate program or for academic education as a senior scholar shall submit two recommendation letters in Chinese or in English from professors or associate professors.

How do you go about getting the preadmission letter? is it after submitting or you wait untill you are selected?

Pre admission letter requires for Type A. You need to submit this while apply in type A category (CSC website) alone with other documents.

Hello dear, There are many universities under Shanghai Government Scholarship. Application time starts from January. You can also visit the website of Shanghai Government Scholarship to know about different universities and know the exact date and deadline of those universities.

I will complete my graduation next year on June but I want to apply for 2024 for masters so Can I show Hope Certificate(it's the assurance that I will graduate next year with good score) as my university doesn't have any provision to provide pre-graduation certificate?

Yeah you can. First make sure that this document has sign and stamp. Additionally, it should be written on university's official paper.

In CSC required documents section, they mentioned that applicants should submit notarized copy of their transcripts and certificates.

@@shaswatsinha2851 The best option is, prepare to apply in next year and during the time you can learn Chinese language. If you have HSK certificate ( at least HSK 2/3), it will have good impact in your application.

Is it in one page or multiple pages? If your certificate and transcript combined in a single document, you can split in separate files.

Im in my last year of bachelor's degree and i wanted to apply for masters but i wont be getting my degree till next june. Is it still possible for me to apply for scholarship in 2024 or do i have to wait for next year?

You have to get "pre-graduation certificate" or "pre-degree certificate" certificate from your university.
This certificate will contain your details information such as how many credits you have completed, when you will complete the degree and the certificate will have the official seal and signature of the university authority. Then you can apply.

If I graduated from high school but am now taking a technical course, am I still eligible to try to get a undergraduate or is there any impediment?
In the case of letters of recommendation, can they be from teachers of the technical course or must they be from teachers at my high school?

You can take one from high school teacher and another from your technical course teachers. There will be no issue at all.
