Many exactly know how to become a fighter pilot but why become a fighter pilot is a tricky question. So in this short video, I have highlighted about the action filled adventure life of a fighter pilot. One has many options to still go up in career and take-up assignments like becoming an aerobatic display pilot or a test pilot whose job is most challenging.

You can apply for NCC Special Entry in The IAF.

In flying branch pilot is the highest position or any high position is there
sir currently i am in 12th std and i want to join IAF fighter stream through AFCET so it will take 4 to 5 years. but i have a major fear about drones because they might replace fighter planes in the near future just as canons and rockets have been replaced by BVRs. so still can i become fighter pilot after some years?
Drones can never replace a pilot as human element is highly important in a real war. No doubt drones and missiles are highly accurate but skilled pilots will always be required. Looking at your question, may be it will be the simplest thing to fly a commercial jet entirely on autopilot which is already happening for most of the flight but still 2 pilots will always be there as system managers. So without any hesitation join the IAF.

Search for eye exercise in you tube , in brightside channel there are 10 exercise . follow these you will not face any difficulty at air force medica.

Yes there are nicknames or call signs for all fighter pilots.

The eligibility criteria for CDS is prescribed by the Union Public Service Commission.
Graduation (with Physics and Mathematics at Class 12) or Bachelor of Engineering is the qualification required to join Air Force Academy. Age limit 19 years to 23 years.

If I dont score above 50% in my 12th PCM boards exam, does that mean that I'm out of the eligiblity criteria and cant go for IAF flying branch then and there? I mean what if I still get good percentage at btech .. will that top my 12 board results? Or will just not be able or allowed to give afcat?
If you can’t get even 50% in 12th I don’t think you’ll be a good pilot
