Adult Gap Year: Phillipines (November/December 2024)

My last destination in 2024: Philippines! I can already tell you that I wish I got to spend more time exploring a few different islands because the beaches here are some of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen and the locals are so kind. I spent 8 days solo traveling the island of Boracay. I got to try some Filipino food like chicken adobo, chicken inasal, Tapsilog, halo halo, and of course the spaghetti from Jollibee. I spent most of my days relaxing by White Beach and even got to try scuba diving for the first time in Boracay. I went with Wicked Squid Divers and it was one of my favorite experiences. It feels like you’re in a different world. Then I ended this trip with a 48 day travel day to get back home!
