Nope, chakrams were common weapon, they were not invented or patented by xena's production , so there is no copyright, they would need to look exactly like hers , to tiniest detail to be copyrighted.
I believe Chapters 2-4 have the most drops for now. I suggest playing the explore sections and logging in daily for the daily crate and calendar rewards

How to get other relics?
Personally still finding it hard to collect them haha (still didnt complete 2 relics from greece). I think they dropped the relic rates

Either from crates or drops randomly during games
With is more powerfull -epic chakran or Epic 2 pistols?
Gold pistols is the strongest, you need 3 epic pistols to create it
