And, it’s not very typical that schools (which the people have little control over), require any foreign language to graduate, differing from the VAST majority of countries in Europe. Please, it’s really not the majority of the US’s fault they can’t speak another language.
AND another thing wrong with what you said, there’s only 2 things bordering the US. Canada, an English speaking country, and Mexico, a Spanish one, which is why a larger population in the US only speaks either English or English and Spanish.

Being in a drunk/stoned condition slows people down and reduces brain, limb, oral functions and coordination. Thus one couldn't possibly make such a high energetic, highly variable and complicated ASMR while being drunk/stoned. That's why drunk driving is illegal.
