Working with Ash Maurya, I have learned that “Traction” = The rate at which the business model captures the monetizable value from its users. For a business model = Create Value > Capture Value > Deliver Value, but the problem is how to model the above equation? Any guesses here? Ok, it’s the perceive value that creates the true magic in the business model which determines a price that optimised the ROI to the most important investor in your venture I.e you as an entrepreneur putting the most valuable resource - Time.
I'd like to create my own business model. Does anyone know where I could find good business models to model mine after? From big brands like Tesla or Apple
