Uncompetitive me inhibitors ke bind hone se substrate ki affinity increase hoti hai and inhibitor ES complex se bind karta hai
But Non competitive me inhibitor ke judne se substrate ki affinity decrease hoti hai and mixd me inhibitor ES complex se bind nhi karta
