It wasn’t a Soulless Pacifist, because Sans stopped me. I’d like to imagine Sans knows “Frisk” did Genocide, and is happy to know that they went back.
I did the neutral, I felt bad about the deaths... I did the pacifist right after (even though I knew there would be some changes from the original pacifist for having done it after the neutral) and finished, I NEVER did the genocide.

seeing Flowey after the Pacifist Route really makes me feel something. He's been Asriel and is at his most vulnerable. I wish you could take him up to the surface too.
if you want do do true pacifist after finishing neutral and reseting, then when u get the sans phone call after pacifist run (all human souls gone), then go back into the game (no reset), go to asgore and say go back then go back to the bridge to the core and you will get a phone call from papyrus and undyne. for the rest just follow the instuctions you get in the game!
For me it was different. I spared Flowey, then he told me I should go to Undyne, to know her better. So I did, I went to her house and we had a funny date. Then, she asked me to bring a letter to dr. Alphys. I did it and I discover the secret lab. Suddenly, I was back to the place where I fought Asgore, I met him again (he was alive, so I think Flowey went back in time to give me the possibility of a better ending?) and I tried again to fight him... I didn't know what it was going to happen... suddenly, Toriel appeared and all other friends, dr. Alphys, Sans, Undyne, Papyrus... all of them was there to help me. Asgore stopped fighting but Flowey tried again to destroy me through kidnapping them. They rebelled and saved me, but Flowey absorbed them and returned into his real form (Asriel) and fought against me. I managed, through hope and dream, to save my friends, they remembered me and Asriel himself remembered who he was and all the pain and loneliness he was through. I comforted him and forgave him, he was moved and destroyed the barrier. He told me goodbye... Me and my friends now could go to the surface and live happy. (True pacifist ending) No need to reset anything, I didn't give up when Flowey kills Asgore, he told me what to do and when I did I obtained the best ending ever, so YES, spare Flowey will really fix everything.
And that’s why Flowey (not Asirel) is one of my favorite characters. I love how Flowey braking 100 times the forth wall and talking to US. But he isn’t the bad guy, he just want a new dialogue ;>
If you think about it, though Flowey 'ran away' he actually might've took his way through the ground and dirt as a term of running away. I mean he's able to pop up from the dirt at will anytime he wants.
I didn't knew a creepy scary phylosophical psychomaniac flower was so scared of the RPG player's power over the story and it's ways then he started worrying about the timelines. Yes, if you closed the game AS LONG AS YOU SAVED THE GAME BEFOR THE FLOWEY DIALOGUE you can return to your old save file and complete all of the requirements for the true pacifist
I played game in fresh start, and spared everyone include flowey and end story you will get call from sans (just like neutral ending), and it's normal play and spare everyone again, and game will take pacifist ending story so you need reset ? yea, reset mean play from 0, but flowey or maybe sans still have memory about what you have done before
