Well he knew there was a good chance the teammate of first prone person he killed was over there still. I'm not a great pubg* player but I would have noticed the head of the 2nd to last person. And the last person he killed you can see the person just over the smoke, tig probably knew there couldn't be a bush or something that would look like a guy, plus he was moving.
