What a great stitch pattern! The finish work looks so difficult, yet your excellent demonstration makes it easy to learn the pattern. I love the 3 dimensional look of this pattern, and that it is the same on both sides. Thank you!
Beautiful, beautiful stitch and thank you for taking time to teach each stitch very clear. I can definitely follow you and will be easy for me to make an Afghan or a scarf 😊😊👍👍👏👏
Your work is very smooth and beautiful. I like the speed of your demonstration. It's identical to mine. What nice work. I'm going to give it a try for curtains. Thank you!
Love this stitch and its so easy..just one row repeat for such a lovely pattern..definitely doing this on my next blanket and is saved in my favourite stitch videos...👍👏
If you mean how many chains you count in 5s to the length you need then add 3 chains at the end. That counts for a dc (double crochet). This would be the width of your afghan so basically it works to any size you need. Hope this helps.
Thanks for sharing this really beautiful stitch pattern. Your demonstration is very precise to follow, so thanks, but It would be great to have the stitches and abbreviations written to follow as well. This stitch isn't an easy stitch for beginners though.
Thanks for sharing your talents. I was wondering how you tie the end in when it is soooo short. Maybe I’m missing something? I usually leave an end that I can weave it. Thanks
@@FUNDANINÖRGÜLERİ Yes, thank you very much for the exactly exlanation of this great tutorial, but how we can make the last row (only half double crochet?), so we can then choose a boarder! Thank you! ❤
It depends how big you want it .. 8ply x 100 gram x 4mm hook, you would need 4balls and 1 ball for an edge if you do one .. 146 chain makes a baby blanket approximately 35" 90 cm 73 rows This size is approx .. Hope it helps ..
I think in every next row we have extra stiches than previous row?!!!!!! In the first row, for every 5 chain, we make 6 stiches( 4 dc and 2 chain). In the second row two stiches(3c), are added!!!! In this pattern in each row a lot of stiches are added repeatedly!!!!!! Is not it wrong?
Hi... The 3rd row is the same as the 2nd with 2 chain on the shell. The chains in this pattern are used to set the next row, not for increasing the stitch count. It is normal when creating a shell to put chains between the trebles (UK term). This enables you to build the pattern row on row. The only way to increase the stitch count is if you put your hook into the chain (as on the first row), you then create a stitch. For this pattern, use it as a chain *space* on the next row. Your stitch count won't increase. Hope you give it a ok.. it's a great stitch to do😊
I am very new to this How many stitches to start a blanket? the video teaches the stitches so very well, but nothing is said to how many stitches to begin and what kind of yarn can anyone help???
Merhaba ilmek katları 5+5+5+++3 şekilde yapacağınız battaniye büyüklüğü kadar 5 ve 5 in katlarından zincir çekerek başlaya bilirsiniz en son 3 zincir ekleyin iplik alize baby best ağırlık 100 gram uzunluk 240 metre
Pretty! Good for a scarf, I think.

I have finished a blanket in this stitch last year. Love the stitch. Just wanted to know what it is called when you go under and out of the stitch.
How did you do the last row to even out the top so you could do a border?
