Building Management shouldn't allow shops owner to block walkways with their goods or ads. All ads should be displayed up their doorway or inside their shops.

Please which architect designed that staircase of the 4 in 1? The staircase is code compliance its a fire trap. The developer should make correction immediately. Very dangerous design money is not everything.
It should be used as a MAJOR BUS TERMINAL. Such initiative will help make that vicinity a Hotspot where businesses can run 24/7 with constant electricity. Nightlife, cinemas. I think bus terminal is the best for that location

You guys must bulldoze the old Ariaria and use it for parking lot after finishing the new shopping plaza.
When this side is completed the other side will demolish and new shops will be built
