My husband has been an in on-site CAM for a large townhouse community in South Florida for 40 years. He also has an Admin that works with him. We are relocating to Ocala and has requested that the Board allow him to work remotely and come back once a month or when necessary. The Board appears to be open to it. I’m a Recruiting Consultant and working to help him create a vision for this role and would love any possible recommendation's. Thank you.
