Yes, it is just 10* Most of the custom charts have one difficulty since most charters prefer making 3 charts with 3 different songs rather than one chart with 3 difficulties.
Don't worry, I cannot see all the notes either 😉 I have to memorize some key parts of the chart when I play 9* or higher. And AP my own chart is much easier since making the chart for hours naturally results in memorizing the entire chart.
