I read about that bar of soap. My sister has the same problem. She has been using the soap for over a year with good results. Love the ghost.

Antihistamines can cause restless leg syndrome! Not sure if you take allergy medicine! I was the one that suggested marking your mat or table to keep your rock in the camera shot! 😂

Me again! These are supplements that could help you. Magnesium glycinate, vitamin B6, multivitamin, Gaba and 5-HTP these two are amino acids, and melatonin. They should be taken about an hour before bedtime. Aerobic exercise.....like biking or swimming is also very good. Stress caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, antidepressants, and antihistamines can make restless leg syndrome worse. My restless leg syndrome is 98% gone.....except when I need allergy medicine. I think these things can drastically reduce your symptoms. The supplements might take 4 to 6 weeks to start working. But when they do it's a Godsend! I understand that you dont like taking medicine, but as we get older we tend to need vitamin supplementation because our food doesnt have the nutrients it used to have! I think its great that the soap works, but since your in the menopausal time you probably need vitamins and amino acids. I have more energy and feel great. I'm 63 years old and i have the energy of a young girl! Glad you found something that works for you. Great art as always. You Rocked it again Rachel!

I love this little ghost. He is so cute! Also hello to Beckett. Remember the Northeast area of Tennessee. We have had dams fail and Asheville NC is unreachable by any road to get into the town. Parts of the interstate have fallen in and the Nolichucky River rose so swiftly that it completely engulfed the Hospital in Erwin TN. They were able to shuttle the patients out but the employees were left sitting on the roof for hours. I have never seen anything like this in my lifetime.

I loved your tutorial! I have another question tho. Resin...I have done resin for a couple years but I always have to redo. I get bubbles and spots that don't look covered! I always watch your resin tutorial while I'm doing it. I have a culinary torch, the temp in my house is about 70degrees what am I doing wrong??? Can anyone help?? I'm about to give up on resin

Hi Rachel, love the little boo! I would love to see one (boo that is)with fall leaves. I have suffered with restless leg syndrome. I take a supplement with Diosimin, Butcher's Broom, Horse Chestnut, Hesperidin and Rutin. You should research these things to see if they are right for you. Just in case the soap cure doesn't continue to work. Hopefully you will continue to experience relief from your suffering. ❤

I am 64 years old and I’ve had restless legs since my teens. Doctors thought I was crazy so i suffered through life mostly during certain times of the month. And during pregnancy was more prevalent and couldn’t do anything about it. Later on I found that taking Tylenol has helped me tremendously. I rarely get it now but if I’m stressed I may find myself with it. I think Tylenol just relaxes me so I can rest.
Hello Rachel. I am in Central Florida and where I am we only had winds. There were a few thunder storms, but nothing like everyone else is having. We have been very fortunate. Years back we had three hurricanes pass over us in one season. We just took down four old oaks, and once they were down we could see that they were all hollow on the inside and dying. Thank goodness we had them removed, or they could have caused some damage this season. Love your work as usual. I am a little intimidated though. Take care.

I can relate to everything you have experienced with restless leg syndrome except for the doctor. They had me on three medications at one time and it was getting progressively worse. I have tried everything ( including the soap ). I would get mild, temporary results. I found a TH-cam video that has SAVED my well being. I would like to share it in case the soap stops working for you. I do not know how to link videos - look for "Yoga Poses: Yoga for Restless Legs" by ehowhealth with Noa Spector-Flock. Rachel, I started taking Magnisium gummy vitamins 2 times a day and I swear they are helping my restless leg syndrome!!! I haven't had it for 2 werks!! That's record for me. I still take my over the counter stuff I told you about but the magnesium is making never even start in my hips or back. You gotta try it.
