- Day 1 and this is Craig's latest start of the week. Dry weather meant not much water in the streams which can actually make the sections a little more slippery!

Yes Team, Keep it up
Great video as always Craig, riding great as well, how's that weather 😊..... so good getting a look at sections that spectators don't get to. All the best for the rest of the week.
Thanks 👍
Great work chaps, all riding well!! Keep at it ✊🏻
Thanks ✌️
Looks very tempting from the other side of the planet surprized you only burned so few calaories in 7 hours does not seem right . Thumbs up from down under 👍✌💪
Good point! It’s only going from my heart rate through my watch so probably isn’t the most precise
1700 calories burned seems a bit low, in all seriousness. What’s normal for you in a National Trial?
Not sure as not tracked any of the other nationals this year but this is from a Garmin watch so might not be the most precise
I have a Garmin too, and even tried it with a chest HRM to see if it made much difference.
What “sport” did you use? Bike, or “Other”? I use Bike (MTB), maybe that’s my problem. Either way, I’m knackered!!
Thanks again for such great “on the bike” coverage. 👍
