Freddie's illness was beginning to be quite obvious during the filming of this video, but, as always, Freddie delivered a perfect performance. Rest In Power, Freddie.
The reason they have so many different sounds & styles. Is that all four band members wrote songs. That means they all have different musical tastes, & influences. Roger wrote this one.
Just FYI, Ghostbusters came out in 1990. The Invisible Man song came out in 1989. So, the Ghostbusters Theme was inspired by Queen’s, Invisible Man. Great reaction!
@@coreywilliams923 That wasn’t the comparison Prada made. He said it reminded him of Ghostbusters and questioned if the Ghostbusters Theme was the inspiration for The Invisible man. He said nothing about MJ or, “Bad.”
I frickin love this song and video. They had fun and shared the joy of life with us despite knowing what lied ahead. I think you’re ready for something COMPLETELY different, please react to “Millionaire Waltz” (official lyric video.) The bass & piano intro is sweet.
Brian's little slashing guitar riffs are SO Keith Richards! And I mean that in the best possible way. Little licks of the Rolling Stones throughout the song. Brilliant song, brilliant video. Queen never fails to surprise and delight,
Kind of a “ghostbusters” vibe! Anyway, written by good ol’ RRRRoger Taylor after he read the book The Invisible Man! 🕶️In Queen’s music video called “I’m Going Slightly Mad”, there’s a scene of Roger being unwrapped from bandages worn around his body (similar to bandages from the film The Invisible Man) 🎥
I requested this fun video a few weeks ago so thanks for doing it! My favourite song by them is “It’s Late”. Please check out the lyrics video. It’s a masterpiece!
This is a first for me. I have never seen this video, but my goodness this is awesome Know Queen never disappoints never and I really am enjoying this video. and I have to agree with Prada. It’s almost like Ghostbusters feeling but in a video arcade way this is just awesome. I love queen and I always will and know RIP Freddie Mercury.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Because they could do5😊 longer tour they went all out on the video. Although its clear that Freddie us already quite sick he to push hin. They kept the space used snall so it looked like Freddie was dancing a lot.
Thanks PW for yet another great reaction... another fun video is "The Miracle", with shades of "Roger Rabbit"... sorry, probably before your time... a cool animated rabbit that hit it big in the 80's... love and blessings.
Love this song, so different and unique. You definitely can’t put Queen in a specific genre!! Please react to Tie Your Mother Down live at Wembley 7/12/86 show. It was the best!!
Believe it or not, Michael Jackson was also an inspiration for this. Roger wrote it about their old friend. If you compare this with "Bad", you'll notice they have very similar Bass lines and the same lyrical cadence: Queen-"When you hear a sound...you just can't trace". MJ-"Your butt is mine... gonna tell you right". Not the first time either, if you compare Queens "Pain is so close to Pleasure" with MJs "The Way You Make Me Feel", very similar musically.

@@JamesAHirons_ yes, I know. My response was to Prada West’s query.
@@DeeVet1 Does that mean I can't share an observation?
Innuendo is another different but awesome video. Great lyrics and thought provoking 😊
Pleaseee!! 🙏🙏 I Want It All!! I am so waiting for your reaction to that song 🤘
Prada please check out the tribute song Roger Taylor did for Freddie . It’s called old friend . It’s so beautiful ❤️❤️
Yes definitely a beautiful tribute to Freddie ❤ x
John Deacon looks damn FINE in that cowboy hat paired with the suit.

Queen was the only group that Disney worked with back then ❣️
This video was shot at Roger Taylor's 40th birthday (7/26/1989) and at the party 2 days later Freddie wore that green-black shades... 😮
Love the bass line in this video, it's just a fun tune
And here's music, a production even the youngest music fans will enjoy. Queen prepared for growing a future fan base. Brilliant guys!

Do Queen "Tie your mother down" Official video
There is no "normal" sound for Queen, that's why it's the rabbit hole. Always different and always amazing.

Could you please check out Mother Love. It was Freddie's last song. Brian May had to finish it for him
Yes! It’s such a gut-wrenching song, beautiful.
I can’t get through that song without crying. As soon as Brian starts singing that 3rd verse I lose it every time
It does sound like ghost busters lmao
A linha de baixo é incrível
