31:40 apparently the way pixar originally edited the movie for test audiences, the murder scene at the beginning was a lot later on in the movie as a flashback, and all the test audiences were very annoyed and hated marlin for his overprotectiveness, so they moved that flashback scene to the beginning and it immediately made everyone sympathetic to marlin

This movie holds a special place in my heart my dad had these HUGE tanks and I would watch while he cleaned the tanks those fish were basically his marine kids lol. I think what makes this movie extra special is my dad legit had two clown fish(Nemo & marlin), a (Dory) blue tang, an angel fish, a yellow tang he even had the red shrimp that cleaned the tank and this movie weirdly still fueled my love for great whites(Bruce was a vibe). ❤ Honorable mention of the very cool all black goldfish he had got him straight from Hawaii.

So my dad is legally blind. However when we saw this movie with vibrant colors everything popped out to him. It’s one of his favorites. On a personal sidenote movies like this Godzilla versus Kong Godzilla x Kong I want to say Thor Ragnarok anything with bright colors like that would help if you guys have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
