Just binged this entire series today, loved it. I have a suggestion for the last house, it's based of the idea you used here, with sizing down the knights to make chess pieces. If you had a big enough area, you could build you own big chess board (like make the pattern with flooring) with the knights and other statues as chess pieces.
Im getting anxiety thinking about having to clean that house out when they pass. But really cool build! You are so inspiring when it comes to sims 4 builds.
If you mean completely gutting it, you just have to move a random sim in, then moves them back out and select sell furniture and it will be a blank canvas again!
That darker teal color for the kitchen is so pretty! Such a talented builder! 💕 The bunny break was too cute, reminds me of when he asked if you wanted a cookie! 😩

I'm surprised that you didn't put a sauna, a hot tub or a hot spring in any of the builds because those could eat up some money too without the need for some of the gold items.
I’m glad that for this build you focused on making it look good instead of just focusing on making the money drop down because that’s what I’ve personally seen in a lot of the past videos of the series has kind of been. It’s been mostly just putting expensive stuff in the build because it gets the money to drop down instead of focusing on making it look good and just nice so I’m glad you focused more on like the niceness of the build instead of the money part of it
Been loving the entire series, for the last build you should bump it up to $5mill. A good way to spend a bunch of simoleons is to have a butler's area that is pretty much like a smaller house inside of the house. Butler can have their own kitchen, library, skill/hobby room, etc. Doubling up on a bunch of the high dollar items.

Have you thought about adding kitchenettes in these massive builds? That might eat up some ones and add to the decadent atmosphere. I’ve put mini kitchens with microwaves and fridges into some of my builds. It’s something I would totally put,in my house.

I would love to see you build a supernatural headquarters, like a councel building, with a Big beautiful meeting hall, and barracks for wherewolf and vampire and spellcaster warriors, who Can be sent out, to deal with the lawbreakers etc. Training grounds etc. think high council type of thing, and a computer floor, for a big database, to keep track of everyone. Idk. I can just imagine how amazing that would be to see, and if anyone could pull that off, it would be you😍 but no rush, you need a break after this series🥰

Ooo, I just found the Bloomcrest videos and binging them. I ❤ LOVE ❤️ this house, and I'm either going to have Barbie buy it and "Barbie-fy" it (pink it up). Especially with that walk-in closet, or have her buy it to rent it to her sisters (there's 7, btw). It has everything for a multi-family home or to make one of the rooms for a child to redo as they grow up. Each generation they are supposed to move to fit what they do, so it can be lived in, then rooms rented out so she owns the property. Now, I wanna play my Barbie Legacy. 😂 Off to the gallery to grab this! Thank you ❤
Build a community lot please! A shopping mall complete with skating rink, cinema, bowling alley, retail shops, cafes plus a small park that doubles as a wedding venue, basically a few community lots in one lot😂. Also, I love all your videos❤️❤️❤️
I think you could have "double" master suites. Like a his and hers, because some married couples, especially elders, end up sleeping separate. She could have the floral plant one and he can take the more tidy one. ❤

both guest rooms totally spoke to each of the twins imo. Ash with his more laid back/boho style and Violet with her fashion interests with that huge walk in closet but maybe shes matured a little now and isn't so materialistic and these are their rooms for when they come to stay
I feel like it's great that I watched this last than Willow's humongous mansion because it doesn't force Syd to use the most expensive items(but it was hilarious lol). It's both fun in different ways, but I like this to be my “ending” in this series💐
Hi, Syd! First off, I love your videos, you're so creative! I've been following this series for the past couple of weeks, and I know it's been over a year, but I noticed that you don't use the different swatches of the 3k Stack of Canvases, so I just wanted to mention it. There are other 2 painted swatches, not only just the first blank one. So you could have used them more often to change up the looks of it and still spend 3k, instead of the other much cheaper ones. Anyways, great video as always 😊🤍
Omg! I love the end result of this fantastic build. Just a little piece of advice though, pls pls don’t cover all your windows with curtains. Its perfectly fine in the bathrooms ofc but not in the library area; all those beautiful windows become basically useless that way.

Ever since I started watching your videos I've been having so much more fun building and I'm so amazed at how much you can spend in a build! My mansion baron aspiration sim recently went from 250k to 300k for a house and I was like HOW am I gonna do that while still keeping the style I'm enjoying, but your build series has really helped!

Hey syd, ive been wanting to see you build an apartment which can massively put 8 different sims on it and i believe we can splurge 5-10Miliion for an apartment considering it has a number of different units and we can also add on a community facilities along ie gym, swimming pool etc. That alone can gives more variety to this newcrest budget build series in terms of the sims itself and the build. Thanks syd, love ya!
I think a great lore for the lady that owns the shops. I think she wld have a fully decked out child's room....because even though she has a lot of money she doesn't have a child which is what she really wants
You could put a big chess board on the ground of the next house and use the knights sized down once so it looks like they could be moved by hand. Like in the garden or in the kids area if there's gonna be one.
I think the final build should have a full on orchard as well as stables outside. Cause she’s more high end then Anna and David so she wouldn’t have a pretty wild garden but manicured orchard, stables and maybe like a hedge maze seem like her

i build a lot of big houses in the sims and something i do in a big room is a library with tons of book shelf's and i place them in rows like a public one a fire place and big comfy chairs it always looks so good and makes my sims happy hope this helps a little :)
How about a money tree park?? Just to finish it out full circle doing an over the top park with lots of plants! OR a tree house and park lot. LOVE this series ❤
