I love the effect you achieved for the light shining through the trees. I wish we had a better word for that in English, like Komorebi, because it is one of the most beautiful things to see. That time of day is so magical and peaceful, your colors capture it well. Wonderful work :)
In pure technical terms, crepuscular rays is the phenomenon described in Komorebi, although it doesn't quite capture the same concept. As long as we keep looking for words to describe our sensations and thought, language will provide. Someday there will be a word for it, and it will be beautiful.

This is absolutely beautiful, but I wish you told more about the process. For example, what colors you use, when you use a wet or dry brush, brush types and sizes, etc. But, maybe you. prefer to keep it mysterious, and that is certainly your right.

Is it done 140lb or 300lb paper?
incredible. Could you explain your tools and process with the masking fluid? I've tried several brands but don't have luck getting it on the paper as fine as you. I have heard of putting oil on a brush first? I have not tried this,, and am not sure what oil to use, or maybe it was soap.
It's a small brush and cooking wrap. Masking depends on the idea. Some people use a dip pen or a G pen.

Mr. Harusaki has captured sunlight very well. I am presently seeking a technique that would do this reflective quality of light traveling through the atmosphere is sun rays. Now, how to incorporate this technique into my illustration?
