InTech trailers are very nice, the best right now. We almost bought one but the deal breaker was the plastic tables which have sharp lower edges and the feel of the upholstery. At the RV show where it was warm and toasty we loved them. Then we looked at buying one on a cold and rainy day. That was it for me. We bought a van style camper instead. A lot more money but it is always warm when you are in it and when you stop for a break you are still inside! Fortunately after a nation wide search for a Winnebago Travato 59K we found a barely used 1 year old model for a sweet and nearly affordable price. More than twice the cost of a $35k trailer but we can park it on the street, you can't do that with a trailer. Robert we really enjoy your shows.
Interesting perspective! How are you liking your Travato? Are you still glad you didn’t go the trailer route?
@@kevinbaerg We are loving our van. We widened our driveway to keep it close to the house and easy to access and prepare for weekends camping. There are pluses and minuses between Van life and Trailer life. Either way folks need to get out there. Life is normal and happy in the world of camping and RVing. Wouldn't mind pulling a trailer with the van! That would be so funny.

Loved this...we were just watching videos on Monday. After this one we went to our local inTech dealer and put a deposit to hold a trailer coming in next month.
Nice feature for the toilet and shower areas with sealed doors.
Seeing all these RV Shows makes me think of what my perfect RV would look like :D
That was a brutal video to sit through. The 1upping between you and the salesperson in the latter - half of the video was driving me up a wall. Robert, we all know you're awesome and know alot. I'll just leave it at that. The guy was just doing his job.

Finally the European theme is coming to North America!!! This looks like my Aunt's caravan/Trailer in the UK that i took a walk around like 8 years ago. Price is a little steep but quality costs money. Thank goodness Aluminum and the boat theme is coming into the RV world instead of the Junk they've been selling for the last 20 years!!!!!

What does that tell you about the US, we have settled for mediocrity and terrible service and quality for decades now, while these other countries in Europe and Asia are years ahead of the US in everything anymore, so sad!
The Terra is my dream trailer. 😍 The bathroom design alone is worth it. 😆 Seriously you can see that the design is top notch. Appreciate that it's not 5 shades of brown tones on the interior as well. So greatful for your help and the sales rep. Safe travels.
Robert, I just love your Channel! Especially when you went to my home state of Arizona! I have turned that video on and let it run during the day just as a cheerful reminder of home! I really like Intech Trailers and I'm so happy that you did this review/walkthrough. I'm really tall so I'm super happy that the Intech sales guy came by to show off the shower while he stood in it! I'm 6'5" myself so I wondered if I would fit in there. Cheers! Please have an IPA for me!!

Its where the battery is stored the vent tube coming out of it to keep fumes out of the inside.

The inTech Terra Oasis is on our radar - the details under the skin are very impressive. It’s really well thought out. Plus the heating system is a hydronic system and is so nice plus the AC has a heat strip too.
I do love those! Perfect size for and SUV.
That rep for InTech was very helpful. I liked the last one but would not buy any of them, but they are nice.

I was looking at pods, tear drops to buy in Australia. I think it would suit a single person that is active for short stay trips. In Australia they are pretty expensive . I decided on a custom built similar to that Sol caravan, as I am travelling long term, and wanted bathroom and room to walk around. . I really enjoyed the RV show Robert. Thank you
I really like the InTech, pricey though, for that money there are others that I like more. Thanks for checking them out

@@ngpoct123456789 The Nucamp Avia is definitely a viable competitor, albeit at a marginally higher price point, and (having been in one) at a slightly (slightly!) lower quality/style level. The Casitas are, in my opinion, many levels below either of these in overall quality and style (and they’re also much smaller). I can see how the Grand Designs would appeal to some, but I personally feel that they look very outdated on the interior (as if they were decorated exclusively by the Home Depot). Having looked hard at a lot of trailers in the flesh, I feel like InTech is punching way above their class and are making a truly contemporary, Euro-style product that doesn’t have much competition in the US, aside from NuCamp.

@@sharonsingleton1059 I'd prefer a small wood stove than a microwave, we have a lot of dead wood to burn and microwaves waste the taste and vitamins in the food and as far as we know is responsible for explosions and irradiation and wild fires in California...✨💥🎡💥✨
I’m not sure if it was mentioned any where, but I wonder if that plastic box in the fronts of that little toy hauler was a better box, not for liquid.
Also, with kids the Sol trailers wouldn’t work, but they look nice. The only thing I’d be worried about is the large front window. What keep a stone from cooking up and shattering the glass?

In my opinion, the height of the shower is not as important as the depth and width. A 24" deep shower is very difficult for most people to use comfortably. It would be very helpful to have an understanding of these measurements. Thanks!

12 volt fridges are very efficient with proper solar and charging. Propane always annoyed me
I saw another video where they toured a tow lot where RVS and trailers were left after catching fire. Most of the fires were cased by refrigerators with propane. Also lots of Class A with engine fires. It was eye opening.
That salesmen had all the information I needed.
He knew his product.

The Sol is nice but when the window gets cracked bet it will cost a lot to replace. It has no protection when towing.

$35 k? I just bought an East to West Alta 2800kbh for $31k.
I like the terra but intech seems to think their aluminum frames are made out of gold. These are way cheaper to build then reg rv. Intech want be in business long with theses prices.
With those prices they don't need to sell as many, maybe that's their plan? I agree $60,000 is way too much for that.

Prices are crazy. They have destroyed the camping experience with the high cost of ownership and campgrounds.
