I saw a burlap flower for sale in the craft section of a big name store and I busted out laughing bc it was so bad!! I couldn’t believe how awful it was. I showed it to my Cousin who was w me and she laughed too! Your flower is beautiful and looks simple to make. Thank you so much for your ideas! Love your videos Southern Lady!

Love this idea. Never seen anyone do flowers with burlap. But I sure see myself doing some because I have in all colors. I even think doing it with that burlap and a little spray paint from far for a little touch. Love all your work. 👍
Amber ... this is just about the cutest thing I've seen in a while!!! And the idea of saving the threads of burlap that you pull out of the pc you make the flower with to make a tassel with is great ... because you know as crafters we hate the idea of wasting things, right??? TFS!!!
Amber I LOVE your crafts .You are so talented .When you use floral tape stretch it .Floral tape is just crape paper coated in wax.As you wrap it's the wax that sticks together ,the heat of your fingers molded it to it self. I will be making these flowers.I just love them.God bless from Pa.
My good tape from Michael’s stretches a lot better than this Dollar Tree kind. I took floral arranging classes from Michael’s a long time ago, and have stuck with their tape ever since lol. This kind breaks sort of easily.

Being 64 and having a not-so-good memory, I had forgotten how to make these burlap flowers - made them years and years ago when my girls were little (taught VBS, Sunday School and was "the craft lady" at Summer Camp for over 20 yrs). You made making these look like so much fun!!! What a great way to use up burlap ends! Question: I wonder if you could make these with poly burlap, or would the hot glue melt the poly? Maybe low temp or E-6000? Anyway, thanks again, Sweet Girl! Hug those munchkins for me.❤👍
