Why not? It’s 200 kg + in weight but once you give it some time , it should not be an issue. With the weight it comes with a posture that makes you control the bike the way you want. P.S it takes time to get used to the weight

There is no speed lock in RE bikes. U can use it full throttle within the first service itself.
