Hey! I tried it and... I was impressed. I wasn't sure what to expect (I've never used body scrubs 😬). I followed the recipes as they are, and I found that what it did to my skin was help it better absorb the hydration I would give it with cream and lotion. So say you have really dry skin and intense dry-skin lotions still don't do much. Try using these before applying your lotion so that your skin actually gets nourished with what you're giving it. Hope I helped ^.^

thanks for the video. How long should you leave the scrub on your body before washing it off? .....and for the coffee scrab, can you use this for underarms to exfoliate/ lighten etc. Thanks a lot
Sugar makes a good scrub for the body but so too is salt. Salt helps with joint pain poor circulation of blood etc..I recently did a video on my channel salt + rose petal face & body scrub. 👌
Coconut oil and coffee grounds will clog your drains after a while just to let you know! My house is older so we don’t have the best pipes but just be weary on how much you’re putting down the drain!
I'd reccommend sugar and olive oil as the perfect base. From there just add whatever you think your skin might need-coffee, rose water, cinnamon, whatever.
Do you need to keep these refrigerated? Are they perishable? If yes, how long before they go bad, outside of the fridge, in a damp bathroom environment? Thanks!

You need an oil to moisture. Using just sugar and honey would actually be rougher on the skin especially if you're going to exfoliate.
