    Great video! Legs are very important and often neglected. Pistol squats my favorite legs exercise :)

    Yep! Never skip leg day! Don't Want to look like Johnny Bravo! Have you ever seen him in Europe? Nice workout, squats are the truth! I used to take the fish oil pills, tried a few types and some of them made me feel like I was tasting fish all the time. I just added fish to my diet and didn't notice a serious difference but I did have some struggles in cardio once I stopped the fish oil. What is your experience with fish oil?

      I've never seen Johnny Bravo but it looks quite fun lol.
      Fish oil contains essential fats that most people lack in their diet. I see what you mean with the taste of fish and you shouldn't take it if you don't feel comfortable. In my case after a few days the taste of fish went away. you can also reduce the number of pills you take per day or try another brand (like you did).
      The effect of fish oil is less days being sick, better immune system, better mental health and feeling more balanced.
      Not sure about the cardio, but fish oil can improve heart's overall functionning so that might be why you were struggling once you stopped. hope that helps :)

      I had a great shoulders day today. I threw the cast net for 2 hours catching shad to freeze and use as catfish bait this fall/winter. :)

    Can you recommend a build a booty routine ?

      sure :) you can start with 4 sets on each exercises 15-20 reps squats, hyper extension, rear leg raises and glute bridge. Also the stepper is a good way to combine cardio and build the booty.
      There are many exercises and you can switch regularly but this is basically the idea. Hope that helps
