Good on you Dom, great to see you looking so much happier. Quite the handsome rogue in that blouse with its plunging neckline also! 🤣 All the best & long may your sobriety continue 👍
What you said about the alcohol being a contributor towards the depression is something I have seen in myself too. As soon as I stopped drinking (as regularly), I was able to see how my mood was so severely impacted in the days after drinking. Amazing progress and be proud of how hard you're trying; we all are
@@killito12 thanks chum! Yea, I just hate how it’s invisible and you never really think you’re sad because of the alcohol must be something else. But it’s nearly always the booze!
Dom I know I’ve left a few comments but that last part about being a person that tries and potentially fails as opposed to someone that doesn’t try and fails I totally agree with you on, I used to be someone that would never try but as I’ve got older I’m now 21 and do music and people always say to me why would you do a music course when most people don’t make it and I say I’d rather be someone that tries to do what I love and fail to be successful than someone that never tried and is stuck doing something they hate
It’s really nice to see a serious dom, because I always watch the sloppy Joe’s podcast and I know you are a jokester and I love seeing that side to you but also good to see this side and how you actually feel
Distractions deffo the way, Gaming, improv, board game nights, walks, all that shit is golden for the long term ❤ @DommyBW careful with the junk food I ended up with piles and all kinds of issues 😅
We love these diary entries, it is interesting to come along a journey with you. You're good at explaining the topic or feeling you're on. I'm really happy for you that you've gone so long without alcohol.👏🏻 Keep on keeping on!
I’m very lucky in that in a sense I didn’t start drinking until I was 20, I’m now 21 and because I started later I can control it like I drink every so often when I go out with my friends and that would be max once a month, last time I went was a few months ago and I never drink at home, and I can go to the pubs with my friends without being tempted by alcohol
@@jmdyt3626 yeah used to be me too! Started when I was 19, then just started at home every now and again after I’d be out. Then I stopped going out: and just drank every night. It’s good you’ve got a handle on it!
Looking great, sounding great and feeling great. Keep it up!!!!! Im personally on this journey with you!
You look absolutely brilliant mate. Completely different to your video a couple of weeks ago where you said its getting harder.

That last minute or so with the anecdote about trying was genuinely really interesting and inspiring. Wonderful video
Great video once again Dommy!
Can't wait to see what you have in store for the channel!

@@DommyBW I think it’s because my dad is an alcoholic so I didn’t want to be that way so I started later and that’s why I limit it as well
