English isn't my first language, so for years I didn't put a description under my videos but I do now.
I want to ask anyone who shares my videos to please give me credit. It takes so much time and effort to make them, I have to search for the clips, choose the music, put the overlays and text, etc. Some people have asked me if they could use my videos, and as long as they gave me credits, I have no problem with it.
It's discouraging to find stolen videos with more views than the originals I made (I think this applies to every editor out there).

The second movie shows that relationships are not easy to keep especially when your'e young.
Love is not all butterflies and rainbows.
Their will be confusion, lack of trust, lack of communication, priorities will be questioned, and finding your true self within the process.
A relationship doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be strong. Cause once you get through the hurdles your relationship will be stronger in the end.

Summer _Girl the storylines and issues were very realistic for a teen drama which I loved. It was just really rushed but that’s ok. It’s still better than any teen movie out there.
When LJ found out Peter was actually waiting for Gen in the hot tub that broke me it was kinda sad. Even when LJ just left John there.
In the book it is quite more intense

Hazz Ζ. in the book all the drama with Gen is soooo much more intense. like Peter missing calls from LJ because she’s at Gen’s house or LJ seeing him with Gen somewhere. it keeps happening and LJ doesn’t even bring it up because she feels so insecure. also at Belleview (did i spell it right? english isnt my first language sorry!) Peter actually came with Gen and the break in LJ and Peter’s relationship was much longer and heartbreaking

I guess the reason why peter took the necklace back was because Lara asked him whether he wanted it back, and that caught him offguard, he wasn’t expecting it and he wasn’t going to step down so he told just told yes cause he thought that’s what she wanted, just a theory!
Actually Peter was the one who asked it in the book. It was way more harmful than in the movie. He asked it like " Since we are not together any more, and the necklace was expensive you should give it back." Not the same words but something like that.

He is still a petty teenager trying to get a rise out of the girl he likes and it felt cringey but in a good way? It's very telling of the place Peter went into when LJ broke up with him and it made him feel like a more fleshed out character

I love that the movie shows actual problems of a teenage relationships and not some deep dark past shit that. I could actually relate to it and it was beautiful. Just wish it was longer and had more stuff from the book.
I wish there was a part 3. Imagine it it shows them years from then and they are married and have beautiful children. I know I sound delusional, I just love the movies so much😭💖

as the one who hasn't read the book yet and just watch this as ''not based" on any book, i genuinely feel like this is a great romcom movie about teenage's stuff, love and all the things involved. noah and lana did their best in the movie, it's kinda weird to say this but i truly cried whenever they hugged, kissed, fought and then made up after all cause they really loved each other...i love this movie so much omg

When she kissed John Ambrose and said she was sorry and walked away, that was the only time I ever felt bad for John Ambrose.
Same other then that I was like she is supposed to be with peter nothing or anyone else is toping them
It wasn't like this in the movie, she kissed John Ambrose in his car and she didn't left him like she did in the movie. She decides to be with Peter when she realises that he was helping Gen with some real stuff. Peter comes to give her the necklace back saying that it wouldn't suit on any other girl and he would put it back on her when he wins her back right in front of John Ambrose. Then she leaves with John and tell him that she could've easily fallen in love with him since he's so perfect but Peter reached out first to her and she can't leave him.

I h've never been in a relationship but Man! This movie keeps you right at the center of messy problems that people face when they are in a relationship. After watching this movie, I felt the pain a heartbreak can give, the confusion, the awkwardness and the fact that falling in love is an organic process, I h've no control over it. I can't choose when to fall in love with someone and when to (un)love them. I liked all of it. I think it was not about Peter vs John Ambrose. It was about embracing flawed reality (Peter) over perfect fantasy (J.Ambrose).

yez i definitely feel like the second movie was too rushed. i didn’t expect a long movie, but the movie made their relationship seem cheap in my opinion. i love the description used in the book, and the fun details. overall, the movie was still so beautiful and had scenes with like parallel situations. i always wish jenny han could’ve written 20 books and there would be 20 movies lmao.

Everyone says they like the first movie better which I mean it's simply the story of how they get together so yeah it makes sense. I don't think people understand that the meaning of the second movie is that you can't expect perfection and to play it safe all the time to avoid conflicts. Relationships are bound to have risks and mistakes, and they're bound to have fear and heartbreaks. And if you can get past it all, then that's how you know you're compatible with one another. I think the second movie has a great meaning to it (:

I love John but Peter and Lara Jean were better. They had problems and dealt with it. Peter really love LJ, sure they fight a lot but it's Peter who pushing her out of comfort zone and it just feels ALIVE. LJ and John are better friends.

@@jankarilee6411 I wouldn't say it was necessarily explained in the book. That scene just happened differently. In the book Peter asked her back for the necklace because it didn't make much sense for her to have it since they broke up.
But then he gave it back to her, and in the movie he didn’t :(
Love isnt perfect if you were just starting. Sometimes it really gets confusing especially for young love. You have to go through circumstances and obstacles to reach real happiness.
And LJ and PK reached their happiness💖
I love the second movie, I just wish it represented the book better. We didnt get a uso party (they replaced it with the star ball) we only got a snippet of the snow ball scene even though that's so important in the book, assassins is completely gone, we never got the birthday present scene because Lara jean gets the snow globe at the beginning, and gen and lara jean never make up in the books. I love the movie so much, but the second book is my favorite and I'm just sad we didnt get my favorite scenes :(
