I am trying to set-up my register. It show the sales tax, but it isn't added to the total when I cash out. Also, what button do I use for credit card sales. The instructions are not very easy to follow. Please email me instructions on how to fix this. I need to set this up by tomorrow morning. HELP!!!

Hi🙂, yes we can connect it to Computer. To program the department, plu and copy report. We can also copy all the program details and paste it on the same cash register machine.
@@enrique1374 hi🙂 im good... Yes can do the followings... 1.) We can put the tax on how much you want. 2.) We can set the machine on not to be included the tax. And 3.) We can program a added TAX on the total sales. I will make a video guiding you on how to do it 🙂
Hi 😊! Most of cash register has a backup battery to supply the memory i.c.. and clock circuit.(AA size or CMOS battery) this batteries are might be low power. Replace this batteries and make sure that the battery terminals are free of rust or corrosion. Have a great day 🙂. Hope that this tips will help you a lot.
Hi @@lps3420 😊! Your welcome. About the battery, , some are located on the thermal paper roll slot ( for AA size). Or others are attached in the Mother/ Main board ( for CMOS battery) inside the unit. It's really weird if this machines doesn't have a batteries 🙂. Batteries are installed to sustain the power supply of memory i.c., date and time circuit.🙂. Hope that this another tips will help you. Have a great day!

why is my cash register loosing time or staying stuck on same time ? Until I restart again then it goes back to correct time .
