I got the sword but not power rise 3. Sad. Got baited by two advance trooper you.... Though it is awakened...
i got the together from here on skill but i dont have any other good skills, (i just made it to floor 2) should i keep summoning it for the mod skill?
If you want to have a mod sword then yes, otherwise no. Having Mod Sword does help you clear most of the content once you have unlock the third slot, but it's not a must get since PR3 is already enough if you want to make a flexible build for each weapon

What is the meaning "More regular increase in switch gauge" do we need to put the skill record in "slot 1" which we use as switch skill ? Please help, i'm really confuse

If you care about limited skill then you can go for the collab.
If you care about getting stronger then Yui bday banner since she has Power Rise 3 which is what you need for every build.
