These people are having more fun than the audience. The most energetic and brilliant group I have ever seen or listened to, their drum scores are very rhythmical , some only other drummers can understand, but the whole effect is almost primitive rhythms. Play hard Gocoo ICHIBAN..
A frustrating recording of a wonderful group. The recording equipment is obviously top-notch, but the effort is largely squandered because of amateurish videography. Too many close-ups, prolonged views of drum-heads, and upward views from a kneeling position undermine what should have been one of the groups best videos. The group is visually stunning and more use of panoramic perspectives would have dramatically enhanced the video. There are many available videos of this terrific group, but few of high quality. The Sziget series may be the best of a weak lot, and "Track 5" may be the best in the series, but they all could have been so much more.
