Very lovely but I didn’t know what it was until you displayed it on the model’s hair. Children and adults will both love this stylish hair accessory. Bravo.🙏🙏
They would make lovely ties for bridal bouquets, napkin holders ( in seasonal colours) cute bracelets for little girls , or big girls with a few boho embellishments. I think it’s a great idea, different colours , materials etc could really go down well at festivals as hair ties, which is basically what they are. Well done, nice video ❤
I wish videos like these would actually say what they are for in the title... Makes me want to watch them when I know... I just happened to click this by chance bc I like weaving projects...
This would make a fabulous trim to add to dresses, tops, skirts etc as well, just run an invisible tacking thread down the centre to ensure it stays in place then add to the item and sew down. The design means it would go around curved necklines, sleeve edges or hems. Thank you for this, I was looking for something to add to a blouse I am making and you have just shown me what to make add. Many thanks from Ireland.
I love the braided look of this. I can see made even larger using just regular elastic calculated to a stretched size as a headband too. Very creative!

@@tutugalbi3010 Maybe it depends on where in the world you live. I think that where I live in the U.S. they could probably sell for $3. Or $5 for a set of two. But I live in a rural area. Probably more in a different place.
I remember using the same ribbon weave method to make embellished barrettes in the 80s (with metal barrettes that had the opening down the middle). What a great new twist on that craft. Very pretty ❤️🙂
That's such a beautiful way to cover "something blue" for the bride. I can see these selling out at a bridal fair, but making 50 in a day is hard to believe.
Have you calculated the time it takes? At my estimation, given that it takes c.7 minutes per item (IF she makes them as slowly as this video shows, which surely you'd get faster the more you make?), x50; divided by 60 minutes = around 6 hours to make 50 of these. As to whether they all sell, I think that depends on where you are in the world. I can't imagine them selling out in this day and age in my country but perhaps it's different in other places.
That was rude. You called this maker a liar when she is being so generous to share her knowledge with you. If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.
Well those calculations suggested 6 solid hours, non stop with fiddly stretchy bands and slippery satin ribbon.. for a hair scrunchie??? The idea is sweet, the person wants people to watch to the end and to be motivated. I find it hard to believe also!
I can't believe these comments! Didn't any of you have a decent adult in your life that taught you that if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything? Or as I will tell all you nasty commenters......zip it bungle 🤐! This lovely person has some creative knowledge she wants to share, she's not doing it to help you open a business? Get a second income? Support your family? Or save up for the holiday of a life time selling them!!!! That's all you lot doing that not her! If This lady can know out 50 in an hour good for her if it take 6 months to do 50 good luck to her but the main thing is thank you so so much for sharing how to do it, I have a daughter with hair down to the back of her knees I will definitely give this ago with some festive ribbon and a few bells. Please don't let people drag you down, they are beautiful.

I am impressed. I have never seen anyone create a scrunchie this way. I watched beginning to end. Thank you for sharing.
Very lovely but I didn’t know what it was until you displayed it on the model’s hair. Children and adults will both love this stylish hair accessory. Bravo.🙏🙏
Me either... It helps when the title actually tells you what they are creating... I didn't know til I decided to read some comments to find out...

so pretty can't wait to show my daughter. She loves this type of hair accessory
Very pretty. These are very versatile. Could be used in many different ways. Thanks for the share.
How creative!! I thought it was going to be a bracelet, but definitely a cute ponytail holder too! Love this! 🩷

They are hair bands, according to the description.
If you watch to the end it is in someone’s hair.

Yes. Me too. We basically braided down the barrette to match our outfits and put beads on the ends. Lol. The 80s. What a great time to be alive!
I still make those .

Hello, this is such a cute idea. These are very, very pretty.
Very beautiful.
You must be able to braid hair really well
Where I live these might sell for $2 but I'm guessing only $1. While they are pretty I wouldn't waste my time making them
Not a waste if it’s important to make
