Need a pool and at 4 Million I would expect a pool and pool house with a yard to match. When they asking this much money they need to come with the yard to match. The electronic smart home stuff and fiber optics... It seem to be missing too much for $4 Million.

Beautiful, quality house. Maybe showcase the craftsmanship and detail in things like the trim, casings, woodwork, tile work, etc. You can tell that this is not your average builder grade cookie cutter house and someone takes pride in their trade.

I think this home would be great for a set of four family members older in their 50s and above. Safety, security, and individual privacy for 3 brothers and their wives and myself and my lovely wife. Reunite family again. Instill family values to pass along to the next generation. "The new American dream" Travel on trips or cruise's with your sibling and rediscover being a family. No traveling on holidays, Flying across the country and passing the torch of generational wealth. In the world, we live in it's better to have a tribe defending the castle. 7/23/22

I agree. There are some spaces that are unclear as to the function. Furniture is a must in staging. It makes me suspicious that furniture would show how small the rooms are. Also, the toilet seats are up. There are so many cabinets, it would be useful to have a clue as their intended purpose.
Is a closet with a toilet now considered a1/2 bath?
1/2 would be the the powder room that was located upstairs. The pedestal sink and toilet.

Great house. Just a thought, perhaps the video would sell the home better with a better, long shot of the backyard. One would assume that the cabinet drawers open and there is water connection. So showing those in the video does not help sell the house. Again, not trying to be mean, just food for thought.
