Caroline I buy loads of grapes, put them in the freezer - they are delicious frozen but better still as ice in a long (alcoholic) drink which act as ice then defrost and are infused with the drink flavour - so no waste when you finished eating as fresh - give it a try 🍹 xx
I hope you have enjoyed the beautiful recent sun sets from your patio view. They have been gorgeous. It’s a good job you noticed Freddie behind you, I get washing outdoors as often as I can. We have managed a whole winter + up to now without using the tumble dryer. Hopefully the same for this winter. I don’t get to an Aldi very often and by the time I do, if there are any ‘dupes’ left mostly the boxes have been opened and products used as testers. Never mind, I’ll consider it a money saver for me!

I read an article about ‘intermittent fasting’ - or as it was referred to in the piece, ‘privileged starvation’ 😮 - and how it is really just another set of rules we impose on our bodies, when actually the best thing to do is trust our bodies and eat when and what suits each of us. I too don’t eat breakfast, so I eat later. No label, no system, just trusting my body to let me know 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. You fed Fred when he ‘said’ he was hungry - just mirror that for yourself xx And I love Aldi beauty - amazing value for money 🙌🏼

My husband bought me a Shark stratos before I had Abdominal surgery in May because its so lightweight I love it because you can clean it so easy and brilliant for pet hair.
Capsule dosages often contain between 250 and 1,500 mg of ashwagandha. The herb comes as a capsule, powder, and liquid extract. Try a lower dose. I suspect the liquid would be much easier to adjust the dose.
I made my hubby drive three miles to a supermarket he's never been to before to buy Irish cream flavoured coffee granules that I am now addicted to and can't buy anywhere but Lidl or Aldi!!!!! I told ole grumpy, blame Caroline 😂 lol

Breakfast, I have to have something because I take meds. I’ve taken to Fast 800 vegan shakes and protein mixes. Gives me a protein and fibre boost and does the trick. I always put ice in and mix it in a jam jar with a mixer ball!
I live in the States, and the Aldis in my area don't carry the beauty dupes for sale. I really wish that they did. They only sell the day and night creams. ☹️
I haven’t tried any of the Aldi dupes, but I like the look of the blush. I’m trying to use up any cleansers, oils and moisturisers that I have from 2022 advent calendars. I seem to have tons of hair mask type products, too.
You are correct Caroline about the vacuum cleaner! I purchased it recently and as you say....... it's good on laminate floors, but the suction isn't very good on carpets! I have two cats and my hand held vac has a better suction on it. I was thinking of sending it back, but i will use it on the laminate floors and as a standby. Have a lovely time with your friend. 😊
Morning Caroline,enjoyed the vlog im using the dupes from Aldi im so pleased with all of the thing iv got im so surprised how good they are for a fraction of the price it make it so adorable to have nice skin care just wish they would keep thing in stock as i got some things for my hair which were a dupe for Philip Kingsley and im comeing to the end of them i would buy them again if they had them in stock but could not pay the silly price that original one's are it just show's how much some of the company's are makeing.have a good weekend ❤😊x
I bought one of those hoovers after doing a lot of research. Big mistake. The Barrett gave up after about 6 months, it doesn’t pick up everything and the filters get so choked up you have to clean them(which is not easy to access) every other time you use it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this make
In the Uk cars that are over 2years old have to have a yearly check for roadworthiness. The garage will issue a certificate if it passes. If it fails then the work needs to bes done for it to pass. I have a 17 year old car and it the yearly "hold my breath" moment waiting for the phone call from the garage to say if it has passed or not!
I tend to skip breakfast aswell, could you take your blood pressure tablet in the morning and then your supplements with your lunch maybe, and then you won’t be taking all your tablets at once on an empty stomach x
