and with aerorig you can slash every enemy up if used properly you can solo entire waves with it I FUCKING LOVE IT

Tip 1: Shovel melee is op since you can take out loads of enemies in a second but don't use it on shielders, gunners, apu, bosses, enemies that are being healed by enemy medic, tank, and platform.
Tip 2: Shovel can be upgraded to overcharger or rally. Overcharge gains charges for each kill you get and the bar is how long you'll be invincible when you use the ability while the rally gives you defense.
Tip 3: Terminal Velocity has an ability (only some guns/items) press q but it takes a charge but it's well worth it if you land it directly or around a shielder, cloaker, gunner, and etc. (I'm not gonna list all of it because i'm too lazy.

the rally cry ability on gives 60% dmg resistence to nearby teamates but it passively gives you a 20% dmg resistence when equiped or not.

I usually shoot shielder with my akimbo then melee him but it can be risky cus u might miss the hit and u get hit,but if the shielders kinda bunch up with other shielders I just shoot em until they get low

Heads up corny, Daedalus only targets lone players as long as you stick together to your teammate it'll be fine... Unless you're dealing with Tempest then you have to spread out.
rather solo Daedalus is better.
after the 2.0 update the sticking together strat has died so people mostly rather soloing with scout or assault

Tips if you ever plan on using medic:
1. The farther away you are from your teammates, the more the “healing bow” heals.
2. If your far enough away(not to much or to little), you can revive teammates(they get revived with very low hp) with “healing bow”
3. “Recurve” heals 40 hp but has multiple bullets in one clip, can revive in shorter distances and has faster reload time.
4. You are meant to be a support, not the main dps.
Don’t charge into battle, because of you will die, then the team won’t have a solid way of saving/reviving teammates if they don’t have a medic.
Stay behind and heal them from afar(like a sniper).
But if you have no choice, use the shovel to one-shot infantry, cloakers(if your high on adrenaline) and saboteur, don’t try to melee shoguners(obviously), they one-shot if they are close and can take one hit from shovel.

5. I suggest you get yourself a jetpack to get around more easily. It can be a life saver if your surrounded, and can give you more healing/reviving potential. The most important part is if you can escape from danger, if your alive then the team can be revived and healed.
My man recurve with overcharger is cracked beyond human comprehension for killing enemies to the point I use it as my main way to do damage and still be able to revive teammates which can be very useful as I kept spam reviving this one guy to dirstract a boss so I could chip it down

@@johna6169 what I am trying to say is that you said that medic shouldn’t charge into battle when it is very well capable of doing so especially against bosses since you can spam revive somebody to distract a boss while you attack the boss with recurve
@@BaguetteDeMal what I meant was to keep your distance. Medic can still be an attacker, but if you die it will be more painful for other players(if theres no other medic) to revive and support each other. I remember some teams got wiped after the medic died/left.
Yes your correct, recurve can do alot of damage while being far away from close ranged danger, and distracting the boss CAN BE an important in some cases.
But your strategy falls short on mastermind, as the mastermind gets 2 extra unit points every player kill, not to mention how if YOUR the medic focusing on the boss and attacking enemies instead of helping other players get revived or heal players that can help you deal with the boss, maybe medic is the wrong class for you.
Some bosses even benefit from players being revived close to them, like Gaia that heals and has life steal, or tempest with someone with low hp being too close to the player that was just revived.
And overcharge won’t do so well against cloaker, Apu, Apu’s airdrop and all the bosses except Gaia and Daedalus that can kill you trough your overcharge.
In conclusion: medic is meant to be a support that can hold on its own if he/she/they/it has/have to. Not a dps that is supported by another healer that fights enemies, as the medic is the healer and support, the main pillar of the team.
Not the assault, scout or recon that are the fighters, nor the engineer and specialist that provides support.
Specifically 60+ studs away to rev with a bow.

The APU is kinda hard just keep your distance also you need to reload turrets sometimes
Rpg and armor peeler (dmr upgrade) are really good at killing apu's

or grenade launcher
Akimbo can do well at dealing with them since it can outpace them while shooting at them
With scout class, you can hold shift while jetpacking in the air to glide btw.
Epic recomendation: Melees are extremely op. each kills regens 30% of your health so you can basically take out an entire regiment with a few clicks and come out at full health

A good recommendation for you try opening the controls in the settings to know which abilities you unlocked after buying upgrades like the jetback if you upgrade it you can jump and press q to do a slam attack and if you press leftshift you glide in the air

by the way, to deal with shielders easily, you can use the terminal velocity's ability to stomp/instakill them. Press Q while in the air to do so, and hold Space to keep bouncing. (you can jetpack up to do that)

Hey corny, u better try buy the shovel at starter wave it almost 1 shot everything and heal 30% of our hp. When u save up enough R up to over charge for FUCKING invincible until ur bar empty (aka white bar, it request kills to filling up and press q), or get rallying cry make u more tanker make u survi the Shielder shot.
tip from someone who absolutely no lifed the game for a month straight: buy shovel as scout and fly at your enemies, then absolutely oblitherate them with shovel, then save to upgrade your shovel to ovecharger and your jetpack to terminal velocity.
Tip: press shift on jetpack/ terminal velocity can glide down while in air, u can change the keybinds in the settings
A few tips about playing scout on DVN:
1) Save up to get the aerorig first (Upgraded jetpack, its the output on the top) because if your able to grapple onto an enemy, it can one shot them if they have 150 health or less and it's really op to use in order of travel and damage, since it can help you save ammo.
2) Get the shovel melee and try use it when your close to an enemy and also when you need health, because shovel kills or melee kills of any sort can gain you HP if there is no medic.
3) If you have a shovel, upgrade it to overcharger because the overcharger has an ability where if you overcharge, you become invincible to anything for a short period of time, and allows you to take down enemies that are hard to kill.
overcharger is overrated as hell. the ONLY circumstance the overcharger does better than the rallying cry is meleeing cloakers and tanky enemies.
@@symetriam6211 You can activate overcharge and use other weapons. So combining it with something like aerorig and like your going on a killstreak
@SR71Gamer65 you can co that with rallying too. rallying does almost everything overcharber does but with a passive resistance, the ability to buff teammates, and an easier charge. unless you wanted to melee bosses or cloakers the rallying cry is just better than overcharger

Hello corny!Im gonna help you with these tips so listen carefully!
If ur playing as scout then when u upgrade ur jetpack to terminal velocity press q and aim to do a slam down and kill nearby enemeis, also double click to slamdumk then propell upwards (u can combo this alot to deal 300 damage) .
scouts guns can heal you if you shoot at any enemy and the voltaic impact will make you fall down slower when u glide with the jetpack and the accuracy of the volt becomes 100% so use that to your advantage and jetpack up thrice then press jump and glide down (note that the enemeis can attack you while gliding so make sure there are no long range high dmg units so you dont insta die)
stay still when you see a medic if there are no enemeis around you and ur low on hp then by staying still you help the medic heal you (note that the further away you are from the medic or medic from you it will heal you more only if the medic has the vitabow upgrade or the base bow)
you can buy a med kit that has a 100 second cool down which is very usefull to clutch (the medkit is in the armory for 5 r)
you can upgrade ur defib but heres the thing upgrade it to the pacemaker to not run out of charges if there are enemeis like gunner or infant left than u can deal damage and fill a bar if the bar is full then you get +1 charges and healing mangled or non mangle patients will give you your hp back(note that the pacemaker ignores the mangled debuff and also the resuscitator has 2 charges that will heal anyone in the vicinity of the patient and will bring you back to life if you revive and fill a bar forgot to mention that the resuscitator will bring u back to life whne you die)
the rpg can be used too kill the mech or apu that wiped your team easier along with the tank, plantform, and engi nests (you can upgrade the rpg to get a better armored unit destroyerr that charges up or get a rocket stormer that uses less ammo and splits your ammo into 4 note that the better rpg can be charged for more dmg and the rocket stormer rockets can be controled by pressing q and press q on many other things to find out their abilities)
you can throw back grenades pickup granades that fusiler has stuck on to you and unsabatage the turrets (note every thing can be killed with guns in dvn or without rpg for the tank shoot the red things and avoid the railgun when its charging up for the platform shoot the turrets note that the turrets can fight back but you heal from shooting them for apu shoot the person or the real person not the metal bits
if you see red on the floor then run its likely apu , artillery or mastermind artillery
whats mastermind you ask?is a mode that pick the oldest play to control the waves send out artilery and upgrade units(at wave ten you get a mech and you can fight them then you can eject you get artillery walkie talkie riffle aerorig and i forgot but i suggest you to become the mastermind or mm in dvn terms and dvn means dummies vs noobs also invite friends and ask them all to become scout then you can milk dvn like "8 scouts vs waves of noobs" or " 1 scout 7 medics"etc
open chat and mark things with the keybinds so that your team has more info or tell your team to do that
u can change ur keybinds settings and restart the server reset ur character or refresh tools in the gear icon
u can buy skins donate r change servers and votekick in the tools section cuz i play on mobile i dont know the settup for pc so yeah
note that to learn more explore the ui armory upgrades and the game cuz its underrated so ye

Oi, Corny, here’s a tip:
Melees heal 25% of your HP. Use em on Infantry, ambush if you have too. If you’re feeling bold enough, you can melee a Cloaker, it’ll earn you a badge. The Shovel is generally better than the Machete, however, pressing Q with the latter will throw the Machete.
P.S. Read the gimmicks and stats of weapons and find out which suits you best.

Im a lvl 35 player. And I'm here to help: use the shovel to kill the infantry instantly. The shovel is a melee weapon. And if you upgrade the shovel into the overcharge (aka the best weapon upgrade since it can make your invincible when your bar is full or it's not full) then you would automatically kill the shielders if your on overcharge. Now next is the terminal velocity. You can smash to the ground with it by pressing Q. It's a fun thing to do. And yeah that's all for today. Also if you turn on the gorey death effects. Then you would probably get some gore. And also this game has lore. Just search it up on the wiki or smth. And Goodluck I hoped this helped

Corny you should try the Aero-rig upgrade for the jet pack. It’s fun trust me.

Fun fact: red circle spawns is APU and meaning they only spawn on full players, also get long range because APU can kill you in short range and smack with their guns if you close at them

To be honest while I use Akimbo the accuracy is kinda worse when I zoom in imo, so don’t zoom in your screen (For scouts though. Just on my opinion)
Boss tips: Please read the dialogues for small tips. Can be useful
List of wave 6 boss :
Gaia : Spawns with escorts that will guard her
Abbility : heal simps , Lifesteal
Prometheus : has 6k healt
Don't boom his fuel tanks or he will go angry
Hermes : A damn helicopter that may wipe your entire team
Abbility : Missle , Repair
lifesteal, lowers your maximum health and increases her maximum health
hermes fires missiles that one shot, along with a machine gun that does a decent amount of damage

old achillies would wipe out the whole team bc the aimbot was 100% accurate at the past + 5 bullets per shot and there was no drone or tp to disable his shield (he would do it when he wants to fire)

Gaia is a medic boss that spawns with guards she has a charge once its full im pretty sure she summons more enemies and makes a shield

Yo corny if you ever use the infantry class try getting the harpon gun it shoots harpoons and also can fire a grapling harpoon along with the overcharger you can graple and hit the enemies withe ease
There is a option to turn on blood and screams when enemies die, if you didn't know.
tip: daedalus goes for players that are seperated from everyone else, so stay close or he will jumpscare you with a boulder

you should use the other upgrade for jetpack, its better ngl. you can fly around with it and you have more time in the air (bar runs down slower) is lower AND you can attack enemies dealing up to a whopping 150 DMG (one shot)
The shielders have a small delay when next to you. If you're using the assault class (which I main) or the medic you can melee shielders and cloakers (The shielders have to have been a little damaged already in order to 1 shot)

Tips of G and T
If you hold G you whisle and it only targets to you ur teammates are taking advantage of enemys
T you can ping turrets (ally's, enemy's) bosses mechs and special units
As a lvl 70 I recommend sprinters streak there are 5 bars on it and if the bars are filled u are super fast
dummies vs noobs is kinda easy to beat (as a medic)
I suggest using the aerorig, If you Saw attack on Titan well...
The aerorig is a suít wich have another arma Blade and you can grapple, and If you até "flying" and smash them you kill them and game N healt
Dont underestimate assault kit, it's very good and versatile, has more hp and dps too.
You start with the shovel so getting rally or overcharger(it's overrated in my opinion) is a bit cheaper and later you can get jetpack or rpg/shockwave. Or you can get any other item if you really wanna experiment with it.

the miner boss (aka daedalus) keeps on coming for you since you're the farthest from your team, he tends to go to a lone player to take out each person 1 by 1.
Am a experienced player scout class isn’t worth it the only reason people use it cause speed I would recommend engineer if you know how to use specialist you’re gonna get used to it

If you have a shovel you can upgrade it so that it can be a sword, and when you kill the noobs it gives you health in return. Did I mention that you can overcharge yourself so that you can buff your speed and agility, so basically a power boost. Hoped this helped 😊

tip: get aeroig jetpack upgrade. It is like a grapple, and you never run out of fuel. It also kills any enemies you crash into

Daedelus targets the most "alone" player aka furthest from their team and melees are op as heck in this game.
Daedalus also uses "Proximity targetting". A way where daedalus predicts the closest location where the player is going to be at. Mostly why you get jumpscared by him.
Seeing someone not use terminal velocity's ability in such a good opportunity kind of hurts 😔

I main medic and the recurve is absolutly bonkers ( revive at any distance, heal 30hp, 120 damage, 3 round capacity, can be spam fired because it relaods like a shotgun, so this thing can melt bosses like no tomorow)
btw when targeting a shielder go for the hand, it is the best spot if you can't flank.

@@gigachadbosnianknight The grenade launcher doesn't suck. It has it uses and is arguably better than the RPG, primarily due to its stun capability. However while the RPG is better when upgraded, the opposite is usually true for the grenade launcher
@@FairwellNoob probably just my skill issue with the class then idk man i find it hard to aim because of the slow projectile speed and the big bullet drop wich makes it harder to use in my opinion and the rpg sucks it has no dps like I expected it to do more damage but no it canot even 1 shot what I was hiting.
