Not sure what you mean by copying or following trends as They’ve been teasing crazy for almost a year now. Also a comeback takes far more than a month to prepare for so regardless this wouldn’t apply. Vogue isn’t in trend in K-pop groups and the songs frankly really don’t sound similar just happen to exist in a similar genre. Totally fair if this song isn’t your thing. But this is house music not TikTok. They’ve got actually black queer artists who built this genre as a main point in the video\music. K-pop has been taking from western pop since shinee and even before especially black culture. Bringing this up for a video that actually pays homage to black queer culture where these artists are paid and put in the spotlight feels disingenuous. The Coachella bit really makes me think maybe you shouldn’t react to this group as youve clearly got a lot of ur opinions from 30secs of an hour long performance. No one who attended felt that way they were the 2nd most positively reviewed act. And sorry but not a single vocalist in either ateez or bp is touching le sserafim,s vocal line. Y’all are parroting shit you heard from TikTok. Yunjin alone is a stronger vocalist then either of those groups vocal line. Arguably chaewon is too. I say this as a 2018 blink. Yunjin is a classically trained vocalist unlike most 4th gen or 3rd gen.

Hey hey, just want to clarify some things :) We highkey critiqued the kpop industry, not le sserafim. Whether kpop fans like it or not, a good majority of kpop (from songs to choreo) is crafted by the guys in the brill building. Now just like with the appropriation of black American culture, there's a big difference between homage and appreciation. As there is a deep history of oppression behind the hair styles, vernacular, and fashion of black culture, there is similarly a deep history in the expression of queerness in the US. Vogueing is one of those important expressions that necessitate an careful understanding of its origin (which is again rooted in oppression) before utilizing. Truthfully i know really nothing of le sserafim's dancers in the mv. Regardless of how those in the group identify, from a outside perspective (knowing that much of the creative power behind the sound and dance of kpop are quite literally the guys in the brill building), this mv depicts queerness as a performance (shaped by the brill building, like black culture has been used for yearsss now- and not just in kpop). At least in my view. But ofc this is a tricky situation to really fully understand as we are outsiders to both kpop and the creative process for this song soooo yeah :) This is just an educated guess :) And as far as coachella goes, i mean I'll take ur word for it that the performance was better than reported lol. Honestly haven't heard much other than the negative shit hah, so we appreciate the positive stuff :) And regarding le sserafim's vocal abilities, 100% total respect dude. They wouldn't be kpop idols if they didn't have pipes hah and to quote C, "Yunjin is my girlie like she slays". lmao anyhow, much love. -K

@@KAC_Reactionsout of the 30+ reactions I’ve watched of this MV, you guys are the only ones who consider the LGBTQ representation to be purely for performance. Every other reactor compliments the respectful way the queer community and ballroom culture is represented here. But everyone has their own opinion I guess.
Also, maybe don’t base your judgements on the performance of a group purely on what’s trending on TikTok. Hate will always get more visibility and is not a valid representation of the reality.
CRAZY has been in the making since the end of 2023 so I don’t get what or who they would’ve copied. Releasing music in the same genre is not the same as plagiarism or copying. Also, following the trends and what’s popular is something many people do. Not just in music, but in general.

@@KAC_Reactions idk why yall see this as appropriation or performative when many queer black ppl including myself greatly appreciated this MV considering they had The House of Juicy Couture crew as their backup dancers to honour the people who created voguing and ballroom culture and queer ppl behind the choreography and this song was in the making since last year and the Coachella performance wasn’t bad they they just clipped certain part plus they have the most hard gg choreo and “Crazy” is the easiest and less straining on them.
