(Especially the "Alaya" part, when Alaya literally directly recruited EMIYA to the Counter Force) Gilgamesh is complimenting "Chaldea" not just Fujimaru, also didn't Gil also compliment Shirou in FSN when they fought. FSN Gil is mentally unstable (iirc Gil was corrupted by Modern World and also the Mud) than Babylon Gil, i find the idea of Shirou being acknowledged by FSN Gil more impressive than Babylon Gil complimenting Ritsuka. Also Cas!Gil isn't as egoistic as his Archer Form.

This is Merlin's Tower and not the Tower of Avalon. This part of an area in the Everlasting Utopia is a prison that was created by Morgan. Morgan have this unique ability called 'The Garden'. It's basically a pocket dimensional containment cell. She used this to imprison the incubi mage within Avalon. The one we see here is basically the same Merlin from Camelot that helped the parallel counterpart Bedivere and from Babylonia. In a simple way, this is FGO Merlin or Pan-human History Merlin. A Lostbelt version in LB6 doesn't exist, simply because this parallel world is way of course from a historical vantage point. Another fact considering that Morgan is basically Vivian. Holmes explained it in clear details that the infamous witch have 3 faces of personality. The human, the fairy and the incarnation of Britain.

Avalon doesn't care about such distinctions and exists the same regardless of timeline. Thus, the same is probably true for Merlin.
