In real life Tempo isn't made the way it existed in anime and that's why this legendary bladers are able to knock it out otherwise they won't be able to knock tempo they won't be able to even make it budge!

IMO Fang Leone would budge it (at the very least), Kronos, Variares, BigBang Pegasus would win, L-Drago Destructor detto and Nemesis utterly destroys Tempo. Rago said that Nemesis not only had the power of every Legendary Beys, but also the power of every bey the said legendary beys fought. Ginga, Ryuga and Masamune battled against Tempo, and their are Legendery Bladers. That means Diablo possesses the power of Tempo as well.
