- In this talk, the speaker argues that the influx of Rohingya Muslims is a second wave of illegal immigration from Bangladesh since the Rohingya Muslims are essentially Bengali Muslims and their worldview resonates with that of Bangladesh. To support his argument, the speaker exposes the nexus between Bangladeshi immigrants and Rohingya Muslims. He also informs that Rohingya Muslims not only support the two nation theory and the ideology of Pakistan but they wished to live in an autonomous Islamic region. In fact, the speaker says that the creation of an exclusive Islamic conclave is at the heart of the issue.
To bolster his case, the speaker draws parallels with the history of illegal immigration from Bangladesh into Assam that has been going on since 1966 and that has been facilitated by section 6(a) of the citizenship act. This illegal immigration, the speaker argues, has proved disastrous for the identity and culture of Assam. In the light of this experience, it is dangerous to let Rohingyas settle in India. Furthermore, the speaker reveals that India has no legal and international obligations to treat the Rohingyas as refugees.

We need to push the govt to take actions. Things take time and BJP has never been in power like now. It is challenging to maintain everyone in our nuclear families. Center has the whole nations with diversity in crores. Each individual has a mind of their own and then the numerous divides - caste, city, region, profession and what not. We just need to be vigilant as individuals about what is going around us, in the country and politics. Yes, we have to be courageous to stand up for a cause and support the PM.

I come a small village where there was practically no Islam or Christianity during my growing years. But lately muslim population has been expanding spilling over to the surrounding villages. The distant daily call for prayer is getting nearer and nearer with ever mushrooming mosque. Sometimes it makes me feel that democracy and general apathy has let us down. And now we the spectacle of Prashant Bhushan whose heart only bleeds for muslims apparently, weeping before the SC to let Rohingyas stay. Even Bangladesh, from where the rohingyas initially migrate to Mynamar, refuses to have anything to do with them & here we have the JNU types to whom they are like long lost brothers.

In my view Rohingyas are not persecuted based on religion. The issue dates back before India's independence. Most of them moved from Chattagram district of undivided Bengal (now Bangladesh) to Arakan area of Myanmar (earlier BURMA). AS THE AREA BECAME A MUSLIM MAJORITY AREA , they started demanding partitioning of Myanmar to separate that area from Myanmar to form a separate MUSLIM STATE. THEY FORMED THEIR OWN ARMY AND FORCEFULLY TRIED TO ESTABLISH A NEW ISLAMIC COUNTRY. They got support from some Muslim Fundamentalist group from some Muslim countries. They also wanted support of MR.JINNAH but was not very successful as MR.JINNAH was busy partitioning India to create ISLAMIC STATE OF PAKISTAN. Myanmar government deployed army to tackle the ROHINGYA ARMY. Initially, the Myanmar army was not successful, but after reinforcement they defeated the Rohingya Army and drove them out of Myanmar. Hence, I don't find any "religious persecution" on the part of Myanmar Government in the case of Rohingya Muslims. THEY TRIED TO PARTITION MYANMAR AND HENCE, THEY WERE DRIVEN OUT. HENCE, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL NOT JOIN THE SEPARATIST GROUPS IN INDIA AND WILL NOT BECOME A POTENTIAL SECURITY THREAT FOR INDIA. THEREFORE, THEY SHOULD BE SENT BACK TO MYANMAR OR BANGLADESH (AS THEY HAVE ENTERED INDIA THROUGH BANGLADESH) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Thanks a lot for this video. Many of us are educated illiterates when it comes to such issues. Moreover, such issues span over so many years that it becomes difficult to have a clear understanding. Most importantly, I think, we all are feeling safe, secure and have taken our independence for granted. For many of us, it is the government and army at borders responsibility to protect our borders, while we are busy with our lives. Or else try and migrate to abroad. Atleast now, we should revisit , rethink and reprioritise our own selfish lives with selfish goals. Only when we take an initiative atleast now, may avert another havoc. More importantly , lessons from past should not be forgotten or taken for granted....the onus is on everyone who can understand it's significance . Because, if we go into slumber, another type of invasion is silently moving towards ours homes.

Without being chauvinistic or racist, any arrivals to Bharat granted citizenships must conform to a new
amended Constitution which demands that while you may practice your religion without infringing on all other laws and the rights of others you must not do any acts of agitations against the State or nationals of Bharat. Such acts will be punishable by law.
