Your clients don’t know how lucky they are!! I was in dental field, hygienist; I would get upset at people because they would come to us because of their teeth but they wouldn’t do what we tell them- we are professionals. Same with you, they come but they think they know more or better about their hair! Ugh

I dont know how you refrain from not cutting all the damaged hair off. She needs to have it cut off so the health of the hair comes back when it grows in
When a client makes an appointment with a master hairdresser, LET HIM DO HIS JOB! He knows what looks best on you as well as how to repair damaged hair. His skills are exceptional. WHY do clients with long hair think it will curl? The length stretchs any curls. LET HIM CUT THOSE BADLY DAMAGED ENDS THAT STRETCH LIKE A RUBBER BAND. And do NOT bleach your hair at home. You damaged your own hair doing that. Get your hair trimmed every 3-4 months NOT 18 months. Good grief. Otherwise go back to a cheap salon like you usually to.
Blonde bleached hair is not attractive with olive complexions and features. Darker hair is more natural looking and beautiful. She needed another 6 inches cut off the bottom because it is very damaged from harsh chemical stripping of the hair color. You did a beautiful job on her hair!

As a hairstylist, a brush is never to be used on damp or wet hair. A brush causes split ends. Use a wide tooth comb instead.
