Yiss determination will get you through! And I agree - full time hours = not much battery power left for creative stuff. I hope you get more creative time :)
Thanks for sharing your journey. I find it so interesting the twists and turns people go on to build their creative careers. I've just been a copywriter for a marketing agency in-house. It was intense! I have learned so much though that I can now put into building a website and hopefully finding some illustration gigs! x

It’s my goal to become a full time illustrator. I have one semi-regular client, which is a start! I mostly do graphic designs, social media marketing, and the odd website
@@katiedraws oh, you must go if you get the chance! (we just got home a week and a half ago) I’ve been to Tokyo twice now, and we’re already talking about going back to see more of Japan, outside of the big cities. It’s such a feast for the eyes and tummy! Haha
