The grip on super corsas is amazing BUT have you ever ridden on them in 45 degree weather? Hockey pucks. Have you ever gotten caught in a downpour with them? ice skates
Props to you: There are so many videos on TH-cam with a title like yours and then the things they talk about are not well-informed, presented poorly and are generally a waste of time. You however have touched on relevant things based on your use case can you present them in a thoughtful and concise manner. Real information from REAL people. This is what TH-cam is all about. Nice work from an 848 EVO owner.
Thanks you and thanks for watching. Many all say the bike is perfect, it is FAR from perfect. Real word use, the bike just plain sucks ass. Racetrack use, it was cool. Thanks for watching.
They were useless moving anyway. Plus it’s better to use your area of view anyway. I personally don’t like them. If others like them, that’s their opinion.
Dear, I know you "problems" but I've bought for my v4S the comfort seat from Ducati and it's wayyyy better than the original seat. The rizoma mirrors are a nice version that can replace yours. Akrapovic exhaust and we are fine to love the V4 again. Great to hear your disadvantages about the bike but you can mostly adjust some of the problems to really know the potentienel of the bike. Ride safe and love your vids ✌🏼✌🏼
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. You are 100% on them. They are not REAL problems with the bike. All can be fixed with the aftermarket parts and are pretty easy. Seat is for sure. Thanks man. Congrats on yours, enjoy and ride safe! more content to come.
The Akoprovic exhaust looks 100 percent better and sounds 1000 percent better for sure. In UK 4000 pound option but worth it for a serious rider of sport bikes. Boyfriend is a Ducati addict I think. Always has at least 3 or 4 or them at a time.
I haven't ridden the 1299 Panigale but the V4S is way hotter than the 1199, it's bearable during the winter but BBQs your wedding tackle in the summer.
Yes, 100 the v4 is hotter than the 1199, in my opinion the 1299 is a little warmer than the v4 but not much. The heat made it so enjoyable in my opinion. Another reason I sold it...
Yeah! The tires are NOT street friendly and need to be hot to work properly. I switch to the corsa 3 and it’s perfect for the streets and you don’t have to worry about running through wet spots either.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. That's the truth. I've had my eye on those. Might have to get them next. Thanks for the input, ride save brother.
OE supplied Tyre compounds are usually quite a lot softer than their retail counterparts. That is, the tyre supplied on the bike is actually a different compound to the exact same tyre you buy from the shop. I have some ideas as to why this is, but I think you will find when you put a set of retail tyres on there, you'll get a lot more mileage out of them.
These prevent too much wear on the edges www.google.co.uk/url?sa=i&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwjg7pLTtNbcAhUB1xoKHQtKBmIQjRx6BAgBEAU&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gettyimages.com%2Fdetail%2Fphoto%2Fchild-riding-bicycle-with-training-wheels-high-res-stock-photography%2F128432708&psig=AOvVaw1sILfAHfP77JWrtfXd6u4E&ust=1533575646661762
Another video with an honest impression with real world riding. So much track focused discussion, but you've rode it in the city day to day. Like this kind of info, and apparently others do, as we're seeing the subscriber numbers heading up. Keep it up, it's like you're awesomely beta testing two of the three "second" bikes on my list :) Thanks brother.
My please brother. Lots of track, which is good, I wanted my reviews to be focused in another direction. Thanks man, hope anything I share helps you out in a decisions you are making. Stay up bro.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. 99% of people who buy sport bikes ride them primarily on the street. Motorcycle Mag will do the track reviews. I reviewed it from another angle.
I have the same tires on my Aprilia RSV4. I was only able to squeeze 2k miles out of them with 2 track days in there. I’m going for more of a street oriented tire for my next replacement such as a Q3+. I definitely feel your pain with the tires.
i just love how everyone in this world can stay on the internet and comment like they know everything and they respect everything while ignoring the fact that (i) has been used for pointing out the things that are lacking in the Ducati V4 for this man or maybe it is what he could find worth pointing out in a such excellent bike, love your content brother Don't let their judgement get to you say what you wanna say do what you wanna do today they'll hate what you say and believe me Tomorrow they will fight for your words
HAHAHA! Thats so true. They all think this bike and brand id GOD and its FAR from perfect. To be honest, the on I ride least in my whole collection. YET, none of them own the bike. Thanks for watching man and thanks for understanding the truth.
To change the engagement point on the clutch, you would have to change the clutch stack height. I can't say I would recommend doing so. My guess is that with a few more miles on this one, you will get used to it.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. You are correct , just something I’m going to get used to. Not with going through all that just to change something so minor. All bike play different. Stay tuned for more content.
Good feedback on the small issues which most can be corrected. The Diablo SuperCorsa SP's are actually dual compound tires. medium in the middle and soft on the sides. When i had my panigale 1299 i managed to run those tires up to 5500 miles which was more than everyone else was expecting i could get especially since i did countless highway pulls on it so perhaps yours can last a good bunch as well. The mirrors stopped being adjustable past the 1199 for some reason, maybe the swivel mechanism was not as sturdy? All in all, fantastic bike you got there, hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. Tires are a little on the soft side for me. 5500 Miles out of your is AWESOME, congrats for sure. Mirrors will just be deleted anyways. HAHA. Overall no REAL complaints about the bike so far. Thanks again stay tuned for more content.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video and appreciate the feedback. GREAT tire. I had the q2 and q3 on my s1000. Almost the perfect tire in my opinion. Good eye my friend.
Coming off an S1000RR I found the V4 much more comfortable than I was expecting. I ordered the comfort seat before I rode it, and I’m still going to get it fitted and see which I prefer. For me it’s the wrists and forearms which get tired rather than my backside. First bike I’ve ever hard where I’ve noticed the weight on the wrists after say 90 minutes riding. That said It’s not a showstopper and I’m very happy with the overall comfort. I have the electronic suspension and maybe that makes a fractional difference. My main gripes are the tricky to find side stand, the headlights which I found tonight are very poor, and the level of heat when compared with an inline four. I’ve read a few remarks that they run cooler as they run in. Time will tell as I’ve only done 500 miles.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Thank for the in-depth response. The kick stand its kinda a pain in the ass to find sometimes, no question. Writs, its s superbike so its just overall is not comfortable lol. On the street, i don't think the electric suspension will make much of a difference, but maybe, on the track no doubt. The headlights on mine are pretty good, maybe the aim is off on yours, maybe? I'm in the same boat about 500 miles. Thanks for the input, I am interested to hear what you have to say about yours coming up. As well you will from me. Thanks again, ride safe.
I love your bike bro I being riding harleys for 20 years now and I think you are right about bikes have come a long way with new technology. I bought a new 2017 Harley street glide special and I think is a lot better than my 2007 but I'm thinking about getting a Ducati pretty soon thank you for the info be safe out there
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. Congrats on your new Harley. I will add one to my collect one day. Whatever you choose, I hope it make YOU happy and no one else. ;) Hope you get it soon one day. Stay up and keep grinding.
Ok, have you ridden it out in the countryside at night or anywhere that is truly dark? If not, once you do, you will hate the headlight also. As soon as it is leaned over the nose of the fairing cuts off any peripheral light and leaves you blind trying to look through the turn.I can see inexperienced riders spearing themselves off the road because of this and I have asked my dealer to raise a formal enquiry with Ducati about it. The other thing I hate apart from the terrible seat and riding position (but it is a Ducati sportsbike) , is the lousy fuel range . Another 2 litres would have been good. It can be a stretch between fuel stops here in Australia. Apart from that, I love it.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. It’s pretty lit up here in Miami. I can see where you are coming from with the lights and projectors. Seat is not the greatest but as we said it’s a Ducati sport bike, not the end of the world. Fuel I find average but not great. Really appreciate your feedback. Overall I still like it a lot as well.
@@marcusbarnes5929 yeah I rode it up to Cleavers at Margate in summer from the Goldie, full traffic. Yep its hot at crawling pace but moving along at anything over 50-60 it becomes bearable. Surprisingly well mannered in the city. Zero probs in winter, keeps the Cags toastie.. not nearly as bad as the V twin...
@@marcusbarnes5929 sorry I forgot to mention, I always wear Aldi bike jeans and Dririder climate control Jacket. I use a heated insert for the jacket in winter (best gear money I ever spent)I will also be putting heated grips on this winter as it seems that the rain will never end...also remember mine is first edition. The latest ones have more vents in the faring to draw the heat out the side so should be slightly better. I tell you what but, you will put up with a lot of downsides for the absolutely mental motor and handling and side grip so good I barely use the brakes on mountain roads I know. The only other thing I hate about it is it costs me about 60- 70 cents a Kilometre just in rubber using the Pirelli SP recommend tyres. I will be looking at Bridgies or Michies for my next set. Oh and here's something that you will like, mine has about 15000 Ks on it, I give it a thorough caning all the time often using the over rev in first and second, and I'm sure the motor just keeps getting better and better as its loosening up.!
@@kramdrallim did you go the V4 or the V4s? yeh I'm looking to upgrade the gsxr 1000. Been researching the V4. The 2018/2019 looks the best in my opinion skinny fairing no ugly winglets. The other bike I was looking at was the latest bmw s1000rr. I ride street in jeans and mesh jacket summer and leather jacket/jeans winter. Full leathers at the race track. Do you find your self standing in the saddle to get away from the heat? Is it that bad?
Non folding mirrors is not very good. That could be am issue transporting or even leaving at the dealer for service. Bikes tend to get packed in tight after hours. A good porter or tech will be mindful but they could get bumped or damaged depending on how sturdy they are.
well is nice to hear the opinion. I have not ridden the V4 but from the looks, I can tell I dislike the mirrors and that clutch cover color. Also not a huge fan of red. So if it was my bike i would probably try to wrap it (maybe white), powder coat the rims, mirror plates and/or different mirrors that are sleeker or lower profile, clear clutch cover or paint it, definitely a smoked windshield, seat cover, exhaust and that's about it I think. For the tires I would go with the S21 maybe because like you said, I dont want to be replacing the tires ever 600-1,000 miles. I ride my bike a lot and replacing the tire every two months is just expensive and a pain in the ass. Plus if im not doing track I shouldn't be knee dragging on the streets anyway.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video and appreciate the feedback. Pretty dead on. A lot people ride their bikes on the street so this is my perspective. But we always have the haters.
I actually found this short but informative so for that thanks. Definitely a thumbs up. I'll be posting a review on my new Duck when she arrives in the next weeks. Will be running it on island only 9 x 5 miles so let's see if my experience is like yours .
The RS10 on my H2 was destroyed on 1500kms. 3000miles is awesome for a Supercorsa, its a powerful bike and needs sticky tyres. If you want long wearing tyres than put some cheaper harder rubber on it, just know that they wont work as good.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video and appreciate the feedback. Of course, all that power has to be planet with something. Got to pay to play.
Diablo Super Corsa is pretty much a DOT race tire. Save them for track days. Get some Diablo Rossos or something similar. Just hope the traction control is adaptable and not optimized for the Super Corsa.
get a 939 Hyper-motard-SP- i cant find 1 thing wrong with it, after the Termi race kit is added!! I just came in from a spirited ride-WOW!!! Hyper for Life!!!!
This is what I hear, I know if I buy that bike, I will be in red and blues the second I leave the dealer, I think its better if I just get a dirt bike. I don't know how people act like they have sense on the street with that thing. Its wicked!!! And the Termi race kit makes it even better. Its my Grom on steroids.
my 1299 is at 3,700 miles and the tires are still going. but I think it needs to be replaced in 1,000 more miles though. I bought it brand new so it's the original tires for sure.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Thanks for sharing this. Good to know you can at least get 3700 out of them. Appreciate it. More content to come. BTW 1299 is a badass bike.
Nah the v4 is a bad ass bike! I like my 1299... The engine will never be improved since it’s done. With the v4 though in 2 years they’ll probably refine it? But 205 is smokin hot! I live on an island and dynos down here are at a disadvantage. What is your elevation?
I still don't know the whole deal here but dyno #'s in hawaii are lower.. a stock 1299 dyno'ed at 163 and mine right before did 179 with full exhaust and rapidbike... numbers are super low but I'd like to see a v4 dyno number here with the same dyno..
Hey man, I like how you keep it real in this review. I did the same things on my channel about my S1000RR and CBR1000RR. I am curious why you didn't get the V4S model. I know you kind of touched on it, but was there a main reason (besides price, lol). On a another note, I can buy a used 2016 1299S for $16k, but I was leaning towards buying a new V4S....what are your thoughts?
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate the feedback. I actually went over this on my previous vids. Price wasn't the issue, it was for my application. I and going to ride this bike on the street more than anything so the extra suspension and others are not going to make that much of a difference for me on the street. Since I have my s1000 with all the gooides and I use that to race, for me it was silly to go with the higher model. On the street you will never use the upgraded suspension or feel the difference in whats its intended for. I also bought it because I wanted a Ducati and loved its looks. When I want to go fast and get down, I will grab my s1k. On the 1299s its a badass bike for the coin but your s10k is a better option for cheaper. If you want to go all out get the v4s. I will warn you its is nowhere near the comfort as your s1k. The V4 is a track weapon. Its like a vette vs viper. Viper is a rough car to drive every day. When you are crouched down in a corner doing a 100 the v4 feels right at home, on the street, s1k all day.
Thanks for the in-depth response man! I will definitely check out your earlier vids to see what you went over. This just happened to be the first vid I watched on your channel! I totally agree with your reason on not spending the extra money on the V4S, especially since your already have the S1K as a track bike. I actually sold my S1K because I moved from Hawaii to Florida. I owned 4 bikes and managed to trim to only my CBR1K. So I am buying a 2017 1299S with only 2400 miles and it has the Akro exhaust already installed for $20k. I pretty stoked and I am finalizing the deal on Tuesday. I look forward to seeing more of your vids and might give you a shoutout on my Instagram (27.5k followers), so that should help bring in some Subs to your Channel. Take care and ride safe brother!
The seat: soon sergeant will make an their after market. That’s what I bought for my 1st Ducati. It’s specifically for Ducati. All the Ducs clutch point is right to the front. It took getting some use too. You gottta. Change those levers eventually though. Asv levers and bar end Mirrors is like standard issue. Looking forward to the video when you out the Termi’s on.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. From reading others comments, seat is always an issue I see. Thanks for the input on the clutch, good to know. The levers are pretty huge from the factory, LOL. Not my style. And as far as exhaust, I am keeping and eye out. they still stupid expensive at the moment. Stay tuned for more content brother. Ride safe.
Hey thanks for the vid. I've been looking at getting myself a V4. Can you comment on how difficult it is to check the oil? I've heard you have to take a part of the fairing off, is that right? Thanks.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. That I had to pay for it. I really haven't found to many thinks I dislike yet. As I find them, I will be compiling a list, and letting you all know. No doubt. Stay tuned for more content.
Got a 1199r. 30,000 dollar bike and Ducati can't design a mirror that will not loosen up and fly off. Had to go from blue locktight to red on the screws. I Still put a wrench on the screws before each ride.
Respect your likes and dislikes....those 200/60 /17 rear are prefect for the track. More contact patch on the sides. As for the seats, I can live with it, again its a track purpose bike. The one thing i may not like about is the placement of the body too close to the toes. If you are wearing racing boots, those red paint will be scratch! Stop by to look at the V4S today and I have to say it is beautiful!!! The sound does not do its justice over the PC speakers. You have to hear it in person to truly appreciate the raw sound. This thing rumbles . The best sounding bike in stock form, period! I did not expect that. Very loud for a stock exhaust and that engine commands attention. By the way have you had your first service yet? How much does it cost?
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. You are 100% correct on that back tire for the track, you cant get no better, thats why Ducati but it on. For stock exhaust, its really not bad at all, but could ALWAYS be louder. I also see what you mean about the boots, if I scratch it i would be PO'ed. For service yet, I have not. I will keep you all posted when I do, if I do it, or take it in. Thanks stay tuned.
As someone who has ridden/owned every class of bike, this will never be enjoyable to a casual rider. Its like trying to daily an f1 car, tires alone will cost more than most want to spend. If you didnt buy it as a track bike, its not really going to even be worth owning and wont be as enjoyable as something designed for the street.
so actualy you got 1 complain , and that is that its too hardcore race . i like it because thats what i use it for . if i wanted to cruise i wouldve bought a different bike . i think your off with the heat , did you do the same with both bikes in the same weather? because this bike produces more energy then the 1299 so there is more heat to begin with , i would be very suprised if what you say about it is accurate . peace out man , stay safe
The Speed Bug got ya, the reason i ask is it's interesting to see the differences in opinion of things such as the seat. I own 1199 and 1299, got to demo the V4 and thought that seat was awesome in comparison. Still not as nice as the s1000rr though. Enjoy the bike man, my speciale should be in some time in May!
Well first off let me say congrats on owning both the 1199 and 1299. Both are kick ass. I would say in comparison, the bike look similar v4=1299 (another reason I love it so much), but yes, see you are used to the 1299, so the V4 is good for you, where I am used to the s1k, where its "ok" at best. In the looks department, its prettier than the S1K, but the S1k still looks meaner in my opinion. Now going into performance, they are tow different bikes, thats why I have them both. I'm sure for your reason, you have your 1199 and 1299. You plan on trading up? Thanks for the input brother.
The Speed Bug of for sure they are different bikes, s1000rr and V4. The 1199 is a rough bike to find for sure, that's actually what i love it. But I'll be trading that bike in for the V4 and keeping the 1299 anniversario, which is sooo much better to ride that the 1199s. I almost got a s1000rr, its such a comfy and perfectly performing bike.
"I bought a [absurdly powerful sport motorcycle that's track oriented] to mostly ride on the street." Well here goes most of the complaints. The seat, the tyres, the clutch - all of those are designed to perform well on the track. You'd probably be way more happy with a Supersport.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. Actually no I wouldn't. These are just my views. I have many other bikes I can ride if I want to be more comfortable.
Ducati has made the right choice putting grip before longevity in their decision for tires! It's a sports bike designed to corner fast, why the fuck people complain about original tires is beyond me...they are consumables just fucking change them.
I have hero passion pro bike And i have done 21000 kms still not need to change brake pads or tires and i think it will still run 5000-6000 kms My service cost is very cheap around 500-600 rupees maximum per service Milage is 55 km/L I can comfortably ride this bike at any trips like 600-700 kms also I don't need high octane petrol So petrol is cheap in this So 100cc bikes are best😂😂
Also, even rossi himself said never liked hard seats, so he added cushion to his suits instead, i kno hes yamaha but sometimes if you want comfort then you want comfort. It is what it is 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
If you put non sports tyres on the bike you will be in the ditch big power and torque is money try some duel compound sports tyres nice to see the non ohlins electric suspension good honest points 😝
Just FYI...the Diablo supercorsa SP's are in fact a dual compound tire. (4:45 of your video you suggest you want to move to a dual compound tire?!) If you like Pirelli's, and want to get more miles out of a pair of rubbers, grab yourself a set of Rosso III's ....and you'll get a LOT more traction in the wet ;)
I found that too...had the same rubber on mine for the first 4 years, then switched to Rosso II's two years ago and they are really great, but I've heard that the newer Rosso III's are even better. It's hard to find a rubber that will last for your bike though, considering all the power and torque she has. BTW, S1K is a pretty sweet ride, too!
Comfi seat expected from race bike? Really? I test rode a 2018 R1 and a V4 and the V4 was actually more comfortable. Maybe I'm biased by the whole experience (because the R1 was so out of choice after the ride). P.S. You're saying the V4 isn't as high speed stable as a Hayabusa? The V4 is as close to a GP bike as is possible and they hit 180-200 mph just like a Hayabusa. Weird review.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video, appreciate your feedback. This is my personal opinions and experiences. I have been faster on my Busa than this Ducati will ever see in in lifetime. This bike shines where the Busa will ever, and vise-versa. No question this is a great bike, but this video is pointing out the things I don't like. Not everything is perfect. Something can on always be improved on. Busas wheel base, target, form, everything is exactly what this bike is not. Therefore is different and better in its own ways. As for the Ducati is as well.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. You are 100% on that. I like the tire, I just don't like the fact it wears so quick. For what I will be using the bike for, I will get a tire that will comprise a little. When I want to go all out at the track I will take the BMW or switch tires. Simple.
Strange complaints, regarding that this is a pure Racingbike. Of course the seat has near to none cushion. The tires are perfect for the track and will never last as long as a street-tire. You bought a Racebike ... you got a racebike......figures. No bias with me, but that are all traits of a Trackbike. Just look at the reviews of worldwide press. No problem having personel problems with clutch or mirror. But the first to thing had to be expected.....
I would love one but to be honest I would never tap into its full potential. I jist don't ride like that and I don't go to the track. Im happy with street triple r
Dude. You got a Ducati. They are race bikes. They don't give a fuck about seats or comfort or the combined two. If that's what you're looking for, you're on the WRONG bike. That's like getting a Ferrari and saying you don't like it because it doesn't have a lot of trunk space.
the BMW is perfect lol. I just posted on the vid of you buying this bike if there comfortable Ill buy one because I've passed on ducati's before because of that reason so thanks for being honest.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. Once these wear out, I am looking into these. A lot of people on here have recommended.
1. The seat isn't supposed to be comfortable, you need to feel through the seat. 2.3000 miles? That's a ridiculous expectation from the tyres. 3. I don't see your point. 4. As above
Enjoyed another video of yours. I appreciate your honest nit pics. You told me exactly what i wanted to hear. Its not a drag race bike but a smooth as butter cornering bike. Im betting there is a set of mirrors off another brand bike that will fit or could be moded to fit. Think youre stuck with them tires for a while. I looked up dunlops and couldn't find that size. Im sure they will make it soon tho. Thanks again for a good and honest review.
My please my man, we all want it all. What doesn't work for me will work for you. I'm just sharing my thoughts. If the Dunlops are not available at the time, I will get something else at the time and update you all. Thanks again.
The Speed Bug no worries, good vid, and awesome bike. I had super Corsas on my 675r when I got it. Found it hard to keep temp in them riding street, until I was on the high-speed twisty roads. Don't have too many "hot" days here in the UK. They were cupped and threadbare within 1000miles. Any sign of moisture on the road, and they were twitchy af. Swapped them out for the Rosso 3's and haven't looked back, for riding street that is. As soon as I rode out of the tyre shop I could feel the grip, and that was without scrubbing them in. Like you said, have a look about, you'll find what's best for you and your bike. Happy and safe riding bro. Peace.
I look forward to following your experiences. I'm trying to decide between the V4 and the Aprillia RSV4 RF I prefer the Ducati because it "fits" better....
Get what YOU like most. Fuck what the other people say. When you ride them and sit on them, either of the two, you know which is the one for you. Good luck brother.
That bike isn’t made for the street. It’s a race bike. Have you ridden a race bike? Race bikes are not comfortable. It’s first a race bike and then if you really desire to ride it on the road you can do it but why? It’s not made for that.
The seating position is really uncomfy, it puts too much load on the hands; the sound of V4 is also not that good like Inline 4; finally, the heat of the exposed engine that fries your legs into chicken wings!
I can't believe he is complaining about the damn tires. No real rider complains about a super sticky tire.. just buy some more..
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Appreciate your feedback.
Actually this guys review is one in a million. Much needed.
georgialions so because he complains about how soft the tyres are, he's not a real biker? WTF 😂
Tires are perfect 👌
The grip on super corsas is amazing BUT have you ever ridden on them in 45 degree weather? Hockey pucks. Have you ever gotten caught in a downpour with them? ice skates
Props to you:
There are so many videos on TH-cam with a title like yours and then the things they talk about are not well-informed, presented poorly and are generally a waste of time.
You however have touched on relevant things based on your use case can you present them in a thoughtful and concise manner.

You expected 3000 miles from that rear 😂😂😂
I'm surprised mine has lasted 600 miles
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. They def wear out fast. I prob won't be using these again, but are some badass tires.
+The Speed Bug, the seat is hard so you can feel the rear as soft seats you can't when racing hard
Bang Average Rider 600 miles? You tripping
If you hate that much...gift me that beast( panigale v4).
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. HAHA. No hate here. You will get one soon one day, put your mind to it, crush it.
Anyways, you are doing a nice job..lots of love from India.. keep it up!
And thanks for your motivation..
Its a good point with the mirrors, most guys that own ducs usually do something with the mirrors because they buzz or they get dirty very quickly
They were useless moving anyway. Plus it’s better to use your area of view anyway. I personally don’t like them. If others like them, that’s their opinion.
Dear,
I know you "problems" but I've bought for my v4S the comfort seat from Ducati and it's wayyyy better than the original seat.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. if I keep this bike, I will defiantly be changing the tires.
Stay up bro.
its a track bike, and your talking about how bad it is for the street...whats the point?? Sport bikes are not meant for the street, why do it?
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. 99% of people who buy sport bikes ride them primarily on the street. Motorcycle Mag will do the track reviews. I reviewed it from another angle.
I have the same tires on my Aprilia RSV4. I was only able to squeeze 2k miles out of them with 2 track days in there. I’m going for more of a street oriented tire for my next replacement such as a Q3+. I definitely feel your pain with the tires.
Thanks for watching.
The bars look high enough in relation to the seat. So the riding position looks to be decent comfy for street riding.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video, appreciate your feedback. In my opinion not so much, but you and other may feel different.
i just love how everyone in this world can stay on the internet and comment like they know everything and they respect everything
while ignoring the fact that (i) has been used for pointing out the things that are lacking in the Ducati V4 for this man or maybe it is what he could find worth pointing out in a such excellent bike, love your content brother Don't let their judgement get to you
say what you wanna say do what you wanna do
today they'll hate what you say and believe me Tomorrow they will fight for your words
HAHAHA! Thats so true. They all think this bike and brand id GOD and its FAR from perfect. To be honest, the on I ride least in my whole collection. YET, none of them own the bike. Thanks for watching man and thanks for understanding the truth.
Jaysus, ITS A TRACK FOCUSED BIKE. It was created by Ducati to be the meanest track weapon on the planet. Period!
Thanks for watching
To change the engagement point on the clutch, you would have to change the clutch stack height. I can't say I would recommend doing so. My guess is that with a few more miles on this one, you will get used to it.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. You are correct , just something I’m going to get used to. Not with going through all that just to change something so minor. All bike play different. Stay tuned for more content.
Thanks Bro, i have been enjoying your videos on the ducati v4. Keep them coming. I will be buying one next year.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. My pleasure, hope it all help you make your decision. Hope you get yours soon. stay tined brother.
I’m a Kawasaki fan but I like all bikes. I hear you, at least you’re honest. Enjoy and have fun! 👍🏾🏎
Thanks for watching
Try Dunlop Q3+ for a good sport tire with good life, my personal favorite is the Dunlop D211/D212 GP Racer...awesome tires
Buys a race bike.. Rides it on the street 🤦🏽♂️..
Hahaha 😂😂😂😂
Thanks for checking out the channel and video and appreciate the feedback.
So is every sport bike and corvette no shit people ride or drive them on the street
As a fellow Aussie in qld how is the heat on the bike.
Are jeans ok ? Or unbearable?
Is it a leathers only machine.
Dude...really ????
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Not sure what you mean?
i prefer 1299 shape but i like v4
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Everyone has their own preference.
Non folding mirrors is not very good. That could be am issue transporting or even leaving at the dealer for service. Bikes tend to get packed in tight after hours. A good porter or tech will be mindful but they could get bumped or damaged depending on how sturdy they are.
oh yes....
well is nice to hear the opinion.
Short runs it’s cool, anything else but the track, you won’t like it so much coming from other bikes. Looks is killer. Looks only go so far. Good luck
Come on man, that's the price for that power and torque.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. Some bikes are more comfy than others but I understand.
Diablo Super Corsa is pretty much a DOT race tire. Save them for track days. Get some Diablo Rossos or something similar. Just hope the traction control is adaptable and not optimized for the Super Corsa.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. You sir are 100% correct.
get a 939 Hyper-motard-SP- i cant find 1 thing wrong with it, after the Termi race kit is added!!
Pirelli M7R is a long lasting tire, personally I like the Diablos though
my 1299 is at 3,700 miles and the tires are still going. but I think it needs to be replaced in 1,000 more miles though.
Sea level.
Thanks man, that would be dope! Best of luck on getting your 1299, hope you do. Enjoy that baby and ride safe.
Thanks.
Thanks for watching. entire bottom needs to come off.
Thanks for the great video, but please tell us WHAT is the 5th thing you dislike!
Lmao haha. Thanks for checking out the channel and video, I kinda agree with you. I actually took them off, block off plates is what took their place.
You have a new sub! Nice video and bike, I'm looking to buy one too next year...
Thanks man. Appreciate you for watching. Many vids on this bike. More to come.
try living with a KTM-SuperDuke R with the traction control off, it will always lay rubber!!! I average 2k miles on all my tires(Sport Bikes)
Another hooligan bike. im a wacko on the grom, give me more power, OH LORD! ;) Stay tuned brother. HAHA. I do want one though.
How's the heat? Is it uncomfortable on the street?
Thanks for watching. It's pretty warm for sure. Warmer than most bikes. As long as you are moving, its okay. Seat is not comfy.
way too many dislikes for this video ..makes no sense.. As a Speciale owner, I agree with a lot of what you say.
Thanks man for watching. People think these bikes are GOD and flawless, and they are far from PROBLEMLESS! Great race bike, not a great street bike.
You were gonna say you hate the stock exhaust at the end but you chickened out!
thanks for watching
As someone who has ridden/owned every class of bike, this will never be enjoyable to a casual rider. Its like trying to daily an f1 car, tires alone will cost more than most want to spend. If you didnt buy it as a track bike, its not really going to even be worth owning and wont be as enjoyable as something designed for the street.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. I couldn't agree with you more with with what is mentioned above.
hello how are you buy a ducati panigale v4 2020 and the bike is very hot there is something to help with that thanks
Work man!
The title stated HATE but it was not really a gripe!....thanks for the fence sitting review...
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback.
Its half focus bike tho so the seat should be like agressive style for racing kinda?
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Not sure what you are trying to say here.
so actualy you got 1 complain , and that is that its too hardcore race . i like it because thats what i use it for . if i wanted to cruise i wouldve bought a different bike . i think your off with the heat , did you do the same with both bikes in the same weather? because this bike produces more energy then the 1299 so there is more heat to begin with , i would be very suprised if what you say about it is accurate . peace out man , stay safe
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate the feedback.
Hey bro. I'm looking for my new bike now, do you think the s model worth the extra thousands? Thank you!
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Only if you are going to track it often. In my opinion, not really.
Is this your first panigale?
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. This would be my first time as an owner.
Good for you my man! I hope you get exactly what you are after. Ride safe my man!
Amen. Love the advice. True words
Thank you very much for watching
Ducati has made the right choice putting grip before longevity in their decision for tires! It's a sports bike designed to corner fast, why the fuck people complain about original tires is beyond me...they are consumables just fucking change them.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate the feedback.
I have hero passion pro bike
And i have done 21000 kms still not need to change brake pads or tires and i think it will still run 5000-6000 kms
My service cost is very cheap around 500-600 rupees maximum per service
Milage is 55 km/L
I can comfortably ride this bike at any trips like 600-700 kms also
I don't need high octane petrol
So petrol is cheap in this
So 100cc bikes are best😂😂
glad its working out for you. thanks for watching
so you mean that ducati's heat issue alr solved on this v4?
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. I wouldn't say solved, its still warm, just in my opinion not overwhelming .
Also, even rossi himself said never liked hard seats, so he added cushion to his suits instead, i kno hes yamaha but sometimes if you want comfort then you want comfort. It is what it is 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
I would like to ride in comfort, if it doesn’t bother them, great. This is just my opinion.
great review, thanks
Thanks for watching
If you put non sports tyres on the bike you will be in the ditch big power and torque is money try some duel compound sports tyres nice to see the non ohlins electric suspension good honest points 😝
Thanks and thanks for watching.
I'm after a tire that will last more than 2500 miles, I will switch to what I put on my s1k. These just wear out way to quick.
I found that too...had the same rubber on mine for the first 4 years, then switched to Rosso II's two years ago and they are really great, but I've heard that the newer Rosso III's are even better. It's hard to find a rubber that will last for your bike though, considering all the power and torque she has. BTW, S1K is a pretty sweet ride, too!
how many miles does it runs in 1 gallon ?
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Never really calculated. Maybe 30
Now the question is do you still have it or did you sell it? 😁
Sold it. It was the biggest shit box bike i ever owned. Sucks because I really wanted to like it. Thanks for watching
Really Comfort 🤔 thats a MotoGP Bike for the Street 🤗 an for a MotoGP Bike is the V4 very comfortable.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. These are just my personal opinions.
Great review of the bike !!
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Appreciate it. Stay tined for more content for sure.
That tire was specifically designed for the V4...
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. You are 100% on that. I like the tire, I just don't like the fact it wears so quick. For what I will be using the bike for, I will get a tire that will comprise a little. When I want to go all out at the track I will take the BMW or switch tires. Simple.
How is the stock sound?
The stock sounds pretty loud and aggressive actually! I am surprised.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. For stock its not bad but could ALWAYS be louder. ;)
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Exactly its a race bike, check out some of my other reviews of this bike, I cover this very well.
I would love one but to be honest I would never tap into its full potential. I jist don't ride like that and I don't go to the track. Im happy with street triple r
Thanks for watching great bike you have. :)
is there 5 more video coming soon !
Thanks for checking out the channel and video, appreciate your feedback. Not sure what you mean?
Dude. You got a Ducati. They are race bikes. They don't give a fuck about seats or comfort or the combined two. If that's what you're looking for, you're on the WRONG bike. That's like getting a Ferrari and saying you don't like it because it doesn't have a lot of trunk space.
Thanks for checking out the channel and video, appreciate your feedback.
seat??? wtf that seat is too comfortable it has too much padding
Thanks for checking out the channel and video, appreciate your feedback. This is just my opinion.
the BMW is perfect lol. I just posted on the vid of you buying this bike if there comfortable Ill buy one because I've passed on ducati's before because of that reason so thanks for being honest.
None are comfy but the bmw is a pretty bomb bike all around for a sport bike.
The Speed Bug yea my CBR and BMW are keepers.
Doesn’t boil your ass or anything...😂😂
Haha! Thanks for checking out the channel and the video.
Even if it’s shit I will buy mine soon but I think about v4s
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. My man, I hope you get one if you can. All the way.
This bike has side mirror and sign lights for reason
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate the feedback.
Plz get a license plate bracket, that looks like your 6 year old installed it
once the real plate come in we will then see options.
i run the supercorsa diablo 200 55 17 rear on my 16 s1000rr i got about 5000 on each set
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback. Once these wear out, I am looking into these. A lot of people on here have recommended.
Can two people sit on this bke??
Yes.
1. The seat isn't supposed to be comfortable, you need to feel through the seat.
2.3000 miles? That's a ridiculous expectation from the tyres.
3. I don't see your point.
4. As above
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Thanks for your feedback.
Try the Rosso Corsa tyres.
Thanks for checking out the channel and vid. These are now in my list to see. Many recommend.
Peace.
How tall are you and do you feel too big for it?
I am 5'10". I don't feel I am too tall for this bike.
@@TheSpeedBug ok, thanks. I'm trying to find the best fitting ducati for me, but I'm 6'5
@@lukestalter2781 like this is the best sport bike for tall riders
Put bridgestone s21 on it👌
Thanks for checking out the channel. I will look into them. Appreciate it
the seat is obviously not confortable because it's a mega hyper super sport bike!!! you want confort, get a cruiser
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. I did just that actually. :)
I read that it can get toasty underneath the seat. Has that been the case for you?
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. It can get warm for sure, but still very rideable in my opinion.
Good luck brother.
squidlife. Bike is not made for you
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Thanks for your feedback.
That bike isn’t made for the street. It’s a race bike. Have you ridden a race bike? Race bikes are not comfortable. It’s first a race bike and then if you really desire to ride it on the road you can do it but why? It’s not made for that.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. Appreciate your feedback.
GOOD JOB, I enjoyed !!!!
Thanks for checking out the channel and video. Stay tuned for more content.
The seating position is really uncomfy, it puts too much load on the hands; the sound of V4 is also not that good like Inline 4; finally, the heat of the exposed engine that fries your legs into chicken wings!
That's to say the least. I don't miss it. Thanks for watching.
How much would you like for this poor duc I would like to know?
Sold it. Thanks for watching.
Another honest review thanks m8 👍
Always brother.
Liter class bike sport bike and 'comfortable' haven't even seen each others faces in all history of motorcycles.
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. For the most part that is true.

complaining about tires. they are made for italy not for US with only streight roads besides the mountains
Hey, thanks for watching.
Beautiful bike, just subscribed
Thanks for checking out the channel and the video. THANKS BRO!
11 minutes and I didn’t learn anything new. It does what it is supposed to do.
