On the fifth day of Rousseau Christmas, we travelled back to the 80s with Last Christmas! I was actually planning on making this video for your christmas present last year, but I had a poll in the comments and you all chose Carol of the Bells :) This is one of my favorite modern carols - and although I also love the big band of the Buble album - there is something magically nostalgic about the 80s synths and harmonies in this one. Did you know that the original track is in D half flat major? They most likely just slowed the recording down to be slightly flatter than D, but it is pretty interesting in any case!

I was really curious to see how he would play it with two hands, when I didn't know that a third hand would be added... because it's almost impossible to play the rhythmic accompaniment and the melody with two hands at the same time

@@linasomeday2049 Left needs To jump alot, also when the Bass(left Hand in rosseaus Version) is playing, I have to leave Out the chord that the middle Hand is playing If left and middle Hand Play at the Same time
Also, parts of the middle Hand can be played By the right Hand If the left Hand is too busy
I like the third handing adding that fuller sound.

the most memorable part of this is when at 1:06 the right hand makes some type of scale that is a transposition of playing every other white key. If only i knew what this was called, but astonishingly nice to hear it integrated into this popular song.
