Thanks for your videos, I like them and they are very helpful! I am a new coach and haven't played for 40 years (I do swim every day, so I still love being in the water). As a former math teacher, I know that there are always answers in the back of the book to math problems. These are exemplars that students can use to help them understand the concepts. I am looking for exemplars for full HS water polo workouts. There are a lot of 5 - 10 min drill videos and books. And, there is Kelsey Holshouser's "Water Polo Coaching 101" that has a few full workouts. But as a new coach, it would be nice to see multiple examples of the whole so I am not struggling to piece together workouts every day. As a veteran math teacher, it takes about 2 hrs to put together a good 1 hr lesson. The math on putting together a 2 hour water polo practice is not pretty. Keep up the great videos!

Hey Karar, I don't really have any suggestions as far as books go, I've never owned a water polo book. But I have gotten a few messages similar to yours so I plan to release some stuff for coaches in the future. I'll have a whole playlist dedicated to that, so hopefully I can get that out soon.
