Yes I agree, we need to be able to share/download fighters. Not everyone has the time/patience to copy out the necessary tattoos. What are you having trouble with in particular? I can try and give you some tips. One of these days I will get around to doing a walkthrough for using tattoos to get face detail. I put a few instructions on my Fedor video that might help you a bit.
No, but you can copy them. In the description I linked each individual video. Head to the video you want and most of the creators did a walkthrough that you can follow along and copy what you see on the screen to end up with the same result.
