Hi Beth, I'm from Oahu, HI too and want to start cash budgeting in the new year😅 I've been paying bills the same way as you (each paycheck pays the bills in that period). However, I've been watching some other cash budgeting videos and they usually split the payments based on how often they get paid. I'm going to try this method since my mortgage and utility bills pretty much take up one whole paycheck of mine😢
