Being a good integrator is more about having the right mindset and fit than having specific industry experience. It's about getting things done and making change happen! The GWC concept (Get it, Want it, Capacity) was enlightening. It's not just about having the skills but also about having the desire and capacity for the role, which makes a lot of sense.
I love this interview. I am an integrator in the combined Visionary/Integrator role for a nonprofit animal welfare organization. Thank you for sharing this with us.
Very good. As being a part of Eos for about 4 years at times acting as an integrator, visionary and owner… the more I listen there seems to be an increasing use of profanity, as such in this interview. Now some may ask, what am I talking about? People with their use of the English vocabulary, I believe all know. So if all of a sudden words that were not appropriate to be used before are now being used, what words do you choose to use as profanity are not acceptable? Again the words being used even in this interview are still not acceptable on TV, so again I believe we all know… I have even heard Gino use the Fbomb? I am not sure why people feel or believe this is professional? I have been in and running business for 33 years and there seems to be more of acceptance of profanity and EOS is having an influence on this… why?

Love this video. I'm a visionary. Would have been great to hear this 20 years ago, but never to late to learn and grow.
Thanks Bill, we're glad you enjoyed it!
