Negev reload

I have gotten waaaaaayyyyy better. No where near Mark Grigsby levels of smooth or lifelike, I think this one is a huge leap from the one I made before this.
The flaps on her dress keeps flapping around and clipping like UMP-45's hair did. I found out how to fix it, but it was something I had to do before I animated the whole thing. Oy vey.
