Thank you so much for this!! I always struggle with the situational questions so this really helped me! I’ve got my interview tomorrow so I’m feeling more prepared now!
About asking questions about pay in the interview - would you consider it inappropriate to ask what the pay cycle is? I'm aware of the salary from the job listing but would like to know if I'd be paid monthly or weekly.
You don't need to ask that at interview. You can easily find it out. According to the JD Wetherspoons website "our associates are hourly paid and receive their pay weekly" and "our managers are salaried and receive their pay monthly". Hope that helps.
@@kasia8055 it was good imo it was properly well but I got rejected cus I was under 18 even tho they never said that on the job description it just said “under 18s may attract lower rate of pay” it never said under 18s are not allowed tho it is a bar/hotel tbf so..
I've got the job but the elearning takes forever and you haft to do everything even the kitchen stuff hotel house keeping stuff even if your only doing one specific Role and there's quizs you need to get 100 percent correct it's also buggy AF the website will freeze and you'll haft to do the whole quiz again. You only get 20 quid for a 6 hour shift of elearing. Very annoying.
