Portland Thorns FC advanced to the 2018 NWSL Championship with a 2-1 win over Seattle Reign FC at Providence Park. Jasmyne Spencer put the Reign up 1-0 in the first half. But Tobin Heath scored the game-tying goal and Lindsey Horan scored the game-winning goal to give Portland the win. Reign goalkeeper Lydia Williams made three saves and Thorns goalkeeper Adrianna Franch stopped four shots. September 15, 2018
